I wish it were that simple.. however, we all know that the bleating classes (the press) wont go heavy on Pailin forever. It’s likely that all they need is another red herring to chase and they’ll forget it. While the age-of-consent in Alaska is 16…there is a provision that those under 18 cannot give consent to an individual 3 years or older than they are. Thus if Levi is 20+ years old it is statuatory rape. I’m not sure that a “shtgun marriage” rectifies that.

The great failing of traditional media during the entire reign of Bush and Cheney is a failure to be suspicious. The traditional media just asks a question, and then accepts whatever nonsense is offered in response as a fair answer, check it off, and go on to the next question. Kudos to Campbell Brown for pressing Tucker on his evasive answers.

By all accounts, PUMAs could barely fill a 100 capacity room last week in Denver yet it was the main story through most of last week in Conglomerate Media. Basically no coverage of Paul’s convention. Ask yourself why.

Joining late. Just getting in and computer funky so have to postpone seeing Campbell get it right. Last time I saw her she was exclaiming over how could anyone possibly bring up impeaching our Pres. She was genuinely indignant and horrified at the idea and was so disdainful to “whoever they are” (Dennis K. who didn’t honor a name mention iirc).

Campbell Brown is married to Dan Senor. He was a Bush Campaign political PR guy in the 2000 election, then got a White House job, then went to work with Paul Bremer in Iraq to sell America’s demands to the Iraqi Government which failed beyond belief. Now, I believe he is a GOP hack again.
