I believe that is all at the State level and the USA and USDoJ would have no jurisdiction

At least the DoJ would have no dealings with the Abuse of power issue where she interfered with her BIL’s job. VECO may have some national aspects though.

Then you lost your chance to hear KO rip AP for an irresponsible hack job that it sent out on its national network. Its expected for KO to rip Fox Noise, but kinda unusual to hear him rip a supposedly independent news organization like AP.

Just got back from the golf course. Heard some goopers there talkin about a woman veep candidate who was as good a speaker as Hillary- and who would take away those women who were Hillary dedicated-so I guess this is it? Alaska eh? Pro life- well OK- they all are- but here’s a weird thing- many of the fundie churches who are strongly pro life also feel strongly that men must lead and women must follow. Wonder if McBush knows that.

Strange that McBush would throw away the “experience” argument- since that was about all he had going for him….Strange pick for my money.

How can he bitch and moan about Obama’s lack of experience if he thinks a two year governor from Alaska would make a good prez? I don’t get it at all.

Just got a call from my wingnut son to tell me he’d just been rearended while at a complete stop. Perps fled before anyone could record their tags. He’s OK & car can be fixed.

The reason for bringing this up is that I asked him about Palin. He thinks it’s a great choice. Her inexperience doesn’t matter cause she’s not at the top of the ticket. Her taking on corrupt members of her own party is just what the Rs need now. And she’ll attract the woman’s vote.

Silence ensued when I started to counter those points, followed by: We’ll talk about this later, which is how our political conversations always end.

But thought you all would be interested in a sample of one wingnut.
