Woke up this morning not remembering which house I was in (fortunately we have only two). It sometimes happens. When she is trying to save a life there is no concern of the financial capabilities of the patient on the bed. Then (I believe) it was Stephen Biddle of the Council on Foreign Relations (cfr.org) who stated that we weren’t *leaving* Iraq, as in the troops setting foot on American soil, but that they were going to be stationed outside of the cities to be “on-call” if the Iraqis needed them to intervene.
