He was exactly right WRONG.

When we used bond issues to fund schools the retirees killed each and every one. They didn’t have kids here so what did they care. Now that schools are funded by property taxes they’ll vote for the amendment on the ballot this time around that will reduce their property taxes by up to 25% but will kill public funding for schools after 1 year.
