How come everybody jumps on the meme that Bad, Bad, Russia is “imperialistic?” It is almost the apex of hypocrisy for the United Empire of Corporate Greed to call any country imperialistic. So many Repuke types have their own personal greedy stake in Russia’s “near abroad” that it isn’t difficult to follow the money and the motivations.

Just imagine if Russia was installing missile bases in Canada, Mexico or Cuba – oops, that’s right already been there done that! Gee Dubya has done pretty much everything in his power to bring back the era of foreign policy by confrontation that some of us hoped had vanished with the Berlin Wall. To impugn Russia for not respecting Georgia’s sovereign territory begs the question of what is the US doing in Iraq, Iran and many other locations worldwide!

Time to bicycle to the farmer’s market to get some organic heirloom tomatoes & grass fed beef.
