Find a laundry that has machine with NSF Sanitize cycle. It’ll do wonders removing the smell. Sadly, I feel like something of an expert on handling cat urine smell on fabric.

Put the bleach in before the bag, while the tub’s fulling. Let it get half full or more then put the bag in. 1/4 cup should dilute enough not to affect the fabric colour.

Put a quarter cup of bleach in with it. Fill the tub all the way and just put he bag in. Should be alright.
