Europe, I saw that school children are required to save, dry, and bring in to their schools orange and other citrus peels. These are sold for the making of fruit teas. This unnerved me inasmuch as most cirus is sprayed with toxic fungicides and the packing boxes warn against ingesting citrus peels. I love fruit teas, and this has considerably dampened my enthusiam.
