You cannot combine Rove’s methods for getting Rethugs elected with what the Rethugs did once they got elected. It appears you’re blaming Rove for the Rethugs turning the government into a nightmare. Rove had his day, the people he helped get elected screwed it up and now he’s trying the same tactics to keep them in office. He should have stepped away while he was ahead. Rove’s tactics may have been, and still are, reprehensible but they worked very well for well over a decade. The Republicans can’t win the debate on the issues so, as usual, they resort to hitting below the belt and Karl is the worst of the worst. I know that congress has a lot on it’s plate, so to speak, but indicting traitors and criminals should come first.
