And I just learned the old Italian way of using bacon too.

1. Fry the bacon in a little olive oil until done but not crispy

2. Drain and add your veges (any you have on hand…asparagas, celery, green beans, cabbage, potato, whatever, but include fresh tomato and herbs you like.

3. Cook the pasta and mix with the sauce

4. Toss in parmigiano and Romano

(Since you’re using nice veges and such, buy a good pasta)

Maggiore -sounds Italian. Yes I would like to do that too, old school high style. But, you are going to break me! You suggest that kind of thing, you please do let me on some cheap deals, for humanities sake, or I will start crying.

I only have the funds to do a few old school high style trips, appropriately spaced apart in order to limit the damage.

Tell me about the folic acid supplements(?)

She didn’t put me on drugs, she put me on a diet with NO CHEESE, except cottage cheese, etc.

I might prefer the drugs to starving. Guess I’ll need another cookbook!
