3rd Circuit just ruled that “Boobs Rule and the FCC are the Deviates!”

VIVA THE 3RD CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS FOR PRESIDENT!!

if we believe in god, then we MUST realize god gave us sexuality at puberty, that is GOD’S WILL, it is not “a choice”, if we indeed believe in god, our drive to reproduce is actually a commandment from god himself, (go forth and multiply)

anyone or any text that tries to tell us our sexuality is sinful is in fact in direct contradiction of the design of the all mighty him self

just as we have not developed to need to nourish ourselves when in our mothers womb, it becomes a life necessity when we leave that womb

and so the same thing for our sexuality, we have not reached the stage of development till adolescence but once we do there is nothing we can do about it, the drive to procreate is even more powerful then the drive to self preserve

the Jewish religion even recognizes this stage of development to be around the age of 13, (today I am a man)

THAT IS A CLEAR INDICATION OF OUR EMERGENCE AS SEXUAL PERSONA

there is really no other way to look at it if we do indeed believe in god

even if we don’t believe in god, then the drive we have acquired was reached through evolution itself, evolution made us what we are and denying it is denying life itself

all we can do is teach our children to be responsibly, teach them what they are doing and why they want to do it, and hope they can resist as long as possible, but they won’t be able to resist for too long, that is not possible, if they are not having sex consciously then they are having it nocturnally and that is NOT healthy, it is your subconscious giving you what you must have since you won’t do it for yourself

let’s not forget, generations ago, women were married in their early to mid teans, of course it’s easy enough to resist the drive to procreate when you are that young, but we don’t even allow our children to marry at that age anymore, it is therefore impossible to think they can avoid sex until they are married

…. but maybe instead of that, i could do a follow on (with links to the orginals?). i wasn’t able to access fdl when marcy wrote her follow on fisa post, and i do have some thoughts on what we could learn from the past year’s fisa campaign – about what we might want to do differently, knowing what we now know about our congress critters.
