We stayed in a hotel north of Milan where we could see the Italian Alps from our room. We were 20km from Lake Como and the other lakes, we drove around Lake Magginano(sp) and the north end is in Switzerland, we just popped over and had lunch on the lake in Switzerland (which was not on the itinerary) …… fresh baked pizza and salad… sounds so Cary Grant doesn’t it?

Elmore and I had a great time….. Paris, drive around France (3600kms), into Italy, Switzerland and then Greece in 23 days…. just got home yesterday afternoon…
