It is a freelance gig making flash sites. Two young men started the company and they know what they are doing in terms of marketing and design. They might be 22-24ish. But cool enough not to bat an eye when a l o l walked in for the interview. I have a ton of respect for that.

July 31st we go for the mental part of the evaluation so it should be shortly after that or even maybe that day… my little sister has been doing some research and she says transplantation at Stanford usually in completed in six months… Sure helps tp have my sister who is a transplant coordinator at Tufts hospital in Boston:>)
