I’m jazzed because I finally found one of my favorite art videos from the 80s, Doug Hall’s “These Are the Rules” at the mediaburn web site. So I scraped it and uploaded it to YouTube. Hadn’t seen that in about 23 years – only had memories. It holds up!

And tomorrow is the Portland Flat-track Roller Derby Semifinals, so that’ll be a kick.

If Miss Sparks is still here, she will tell that maybe… I have seen a comment on Donita’s Myspace of a girl who siad “sorry about last night in Pitsburgh and a cool friend I have on myspace tell me some drunk guys have throw beers on Donita and the other Stellar ones and a fight was on. I know these things happen very quickly etc…but I’m surprise that nobody from there (security or barmen or owner…) didn’t move. And the Stellar ones have to fight bravely…and win!!;-)

That sucks. :-( A couple of weeks ago in a “Spin” there were some videos of musicians on stage (for instance Axl Rose and Shirley Manson) dealing with “fans” that throw stones, started brawls or spit at the musicians.
