As long as Bush refuses to fight Al Quieda where they live in Pakistan then Al Quieda has no choice but to fight us the nearest place they can find us which is Afghanistan, Iraq and sooner or later America.
Considering all the billions in aid we gave Pakistan you would think that Bush had bought us enough goodwill to go in after al Quieda but still Bush won’t send troops in, so that makes all those billions in *cough * aid money Tribute!

`(4) commence or maintain a civil action or other proceeding to enforce a requirement that an electronic communication service provider disclose information concerning alleged assistance to an element of the intelligence community.

Roughly 70% of CIA intel work is now outsourced to private companies. It is by now long-standing settled aggregate case law that you have no 4th Amendment protection from privacy violations perpetrated by private actors, your only recourses have been statutory and/or civil/tort.

Those will be now be totally gone with the passage and Bu’ush signature of this shit. Notice “alleged assistance.” Henceforth the allegations will remain just that.
