No I don’t. I’m sure you remember that Nato tried very hard to convince the Serbs to stop the killing and they only threatened to increase it if we intervened. The killing only stopped after our intervention. You know very well if we had not done anything the killing would have continued. They had already slaughtered thousands in Bosnia and Kosovo before we became involved. To compare this to the preemptive war in Iraq is an outrage.
