An hour ago Texteen decided to do a load of laundry so he could wear today’s shirt & shorts on the plane tomorrow. So he very kindly started a load with EVERYONE’s clothes in it. Nice kid. Asked me about the settings and all. Then, when the load finished, he remembered he’d forgotten to add detergent. So now he’s doing the whole load all over again.
What do you want? tis a male thing to forget the detergent! Looks like a little more training and he will have it down… Did he sort the colors from the whites??
Last time I posted a Minutemen vid was on DailyKos, and some classical guitar snob tried telling me it sucked. Hopefully there’s some people with taste here.
one of the first times I did laundry, when I was in junior high I think, I spilled some bleach on a pair of blue jeans and created some big white spots. The jeans were new and my mother made me wear them to school. :( But I think I learned my lesson.
um, I remember when we used to do that, then we had this neat little WordPress widget that told us when a new post was up, I guess we haven’t been seeing that lately, but I tend to forget that. Sorry!
Re David’s post upstairs. Sorry to be late. I’m always late here, it would seem, and I’m sorry! Truly.
And so, I apologize for the repost, but I really want the good people in here to READ this and take it to heart. Elders, who are the Native’s most VALUED resource are in imminent danger and need a voice of reason from “down here”.
Help???
Thank you ALL! And David, Thank YOU. For posting this!!! I’ve heard msm’s voice most of this night, and they are all sounding to “sway” toward drilling, and you know, and so do I, that once it gets THAT voice, it’s almost a done deal! What a tragedy! To YOU ALL, but mostly to the planet!
I am so frustrated by the issue of “drilling in the Arctic Reserve. I’ve fought this for so many years. My man is FROM AK, from reservation up there. He’s Native and this is a huge issue in our lives. He knows and sees the impact of big corp drilling or threatening to do so anywhere near the wildlife up there. it TOTALLY honestly effects the migration patterns and therefore, the peoples food sources. This is a HIGHLY CHARGED issue in my home and effects us and family PERSONALLY. I keep fighting as I can. I have moved money from this issue to Barack’s campaign, we don’t really have a lot of money to give to multiple sources. Thank you David for putting a spotlight on this, and I’m sure Bu$hCo is escalating this issue cause it’s his last days in office, you know, GIT WHILE THE GITTEN’S GOOD thing going on. i live in the 4 corners area an see more and more oil rigs on reservation, which has to do with poor governance of Navajo Nation, but it creates more road kill, wasted landscapes and NO ONE down there is benefiting in any way! it’s truly sad to behold.
PLEASE, do whatever each and every one of you can to STOP the drilling in ANWR. It DOES have a terrible effect on the wildlife there, and therefore completely impacts the People’s ability to feed themselves and their families. They haul wood, cut and burn it for heat in the winter. 3 miles
north into the arctic circle, they are off the grid. They live this way and have for centuries. Please do what anyone can to stop this. Most of the people there now are elders, some in-betweeners, and a few youth. But it’s a lifestyle that has survived through the centuries, really, and they WANT their lives, they don’t WANT the lower 48 to infringe upon that.
Thanks~ David. And Thank You pups, for listening and acting.

There’s were some of the first songs I learned when I first started playing bass. Really helped develop my ear, when all my friends were learning the latest hits through tab, and never developed much of an ear.
Damn, they’re messing up Navajo land even more? Wasn’t the uranium mining enough? It seems so counter-intuitive to me, when there’s all the sun and wind available everywhere, to rely on fossil fuels.
We are two different stories. We met in 04, after having both at the same time left our places of birth and came to this general area. We met on the internet, met in r/t as month afterwards and traveled the SouthWest (within Navajo Nation boundaries, mostly) for about 3 weeks. Then he wanted to see my home, so I showed him and he never left. In a nutshell, so to speak (likely TMI, but it’s bedtime).
Both Marcy and bmaz have posts up on the FISA fight tonight as well.. Big day.. full court press tomorrow. And what a grand day of action and fundraising it’s been today!
Well, McSlime is wanting 45 new nuke plants so where do you think they’ll get the uranium for that? Back to the Navajo reservation of course. Not like the Di’neh have anything to say about it.
The piles of crap from the previous go-round are still blowing in the wind and everyone there gets to breathe it. Nice. And now Peabody Coal, with the able assistance of John McCain is performing a mountain-top removal of Black Mesa – a Di’neh sacred site. Local people have lost their sheep flocks due to contaminated water and been forced to move. The blasting has knocked down hogans and they are forbidden to rebuild them. The offer to relocate has been to relocate them to an area of land that is completely posted as contaminated with radioactive waste from the uranium mines.
The Di’neh are supposed to be a sovereign nation. McCain and his Peabody Coal friends have scammed a small group of Hopi elders into signing away all the Navajo rights. In Di’neh culture, no person or persons speaks for the tribe. If you want tribal consent – you have to ask every single person. And the women are in charge.
I certainly can only speak for what I see on The Nation, but everywhere I go has more, moved, on or off, oil rigs. It sux.
I went to a lecture recently about Montezuma Creek, UT and the people there for the last 20 to 30 years. Kids from that time talked about how much fun it was to be the one who could climb the rig and ride the longest. Was a whole childhood trip for those kids. They all did it, no injuries, some won, some lost, but they all made it.
About half of them are alive today. Mostly alcohol related auto accidents, but some illness.
ooooooops.

That’s just fucked. And of course, not a word about it from any of our candidates during the primaries. Edwards, Kucinich or Gravel may have shown some courage on such issues if they’d been given the opportunity, but I just don’t see Obama standing strong for something like that.
When people are kids, they don’t really understand things like danger. Don’t have any oil rigs around here of course, smack dab in a heavily Republican district in southern California, just a lot of gas guzzlers.

I am in Cortez, Colorado. Right above the 4 Corners monument.
We have Hopi friends in Tuba City.
I’m down south of you, in Hunter country. Hopefully soon to be Lumpkin country. I did plug your guy’s website today at the Great Orange Satan, in a comment on a FP post on Issa’s Russert humping.
Haven’t had much time to comment lately. Some the Obama/Clinton spats that were going were somewhat a downer too. Mainly it is having time. I was a meeting till 8 pm this evening then ate late at the Hopi Cultural Center. I did follow Marcy on the Senate Armed Services committee yesterday. She did a great job live blogging.
Cortez is certainly a pretty place. Beats Farmington but the whole region is nice. I like the drive up to Telluride then over to Ridgeway, too many tourists but it is pretty.
There are a couple of things. When Obama was here in Montana, he met with the elders of all the tribes here and made a commitment to have a high-level position in his administration for Indian issues. Not the BIA but a new position. I think we need to hold his feet to the fire on that one. The Feds are great about saying the reservations are ’sovereign’ when something is going on they don’t want to deal with. But when it suits them, there is no such thing. It needs to be decided, once and for all, if they are sovereign then it is that way and they need to stop interfering in the tribes stuff. If they aren’t, they need to say so and the tribes will know where they stand.
On the nukes – there are a bunch of issues. One is this resource extraction, but the waste disposal is another. The safety record is a third. I’m not convinced that nukes are the answer to anything – and no private outfit wants to risk investing in them so they are looking to the taxpayers to underwrite all the risk. No thanks! So if we can keep nukes out of the mix of new energy – that will at least stop any more uranium exploration and mining on the Navajo res.
The Black Mesa thing – I’d like to see people just bring that issue up – and of course, the people need help. http://www.blackmesais.org is the group that is trying to assist people to move, get good water, and advocate against more mining there.
Loo Hoo hope you guys have a good candidate to push that SOB Issa out of office. He is just despicable just freaking despicable. I caught some of his shit today on C-span… never liked him and now I have nothing but disdain for such an asshole…
McCain Sets Goal of 45 New Nuclear Reactors by 2030
Senator John McCain said Wednesday that he wanted 45 new nuclear reactors built in the United States by 2030, a course he called “as difficult as it is necessary.”
In his third straight day of campaign speechmaking about energy and $4-a-gallon gasoline, Mr. McCain, the presumptive Republican nominee, told the crowd at a town-hall-style meeting at Missouri State University that he saw nuclear power as a clean, safe alternative to traditional sources of energy that emit greenhouse gases. He said his ultimate goal was 100 new nuclear plants.
Thanks, but that was just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. I could go on. And on. And on. It just boils my blood thinking about it and how the US Gov’t has the nerve to talk to anyone anywhere about human rights abuses when this kind of crap is going on right here, right now, and all the time.
Yeah, does seem Obama’s at least talking a little. I’m just not convinced that he’s going to walk the walk, on a lot of issues. Still, it is better than McCain, whose site only has some news article on how he thinks he can win over the Native American vote. Obama actually has quite a bit more.
Well, after what McCain did to the Di’neh, he’s going to have a hard time. I think he voted against the Indian Health Services bill too. Kinda hard to ‘win them over’ when he does s**t like that isn’t it? I know McCain doesn’t understand the toobz and all, and I think he thinks that the Navajo are in AZ and they don’t talk to the tribes anywhere else, but he would be very very wrong about that.
Hi everyone. After I signed onto that Strange Bedfellows thing I felt like I had to write something. So I did. Let me know if I forgot anything in that list.
How is everyone? I’ll go get caught up on the thread now.
Hi folks. Quick driveby here. Get ready for some FISA work tomorrow, the day of reckoning is at hand, probably Friday, maybe even tomorrow night. For all those excited about Glen’s effort, if we don’t get this slowed down, it won’t even have time to get off the ground irrespective of how much money was raised today. Here is more info for any interested.
Heh Thanks. Much appreciated. I will have to admit to being kind of crabby. All this work over the last year; STILL, here we are again. The Bush FISA zombie never dies; mostly because the freaking Democrats keep it alive. What’s up with that? Jeebus. It is only through the effort of everybody here, and people like us, that we are still in the fight at all though, off we go again into the fray. Thanks to one and all.

House Votes TODAY (Thursday) on Iraq $165B – Call NOW
Late Wednesday, House “Democratic” Leader Steny Hoyer announced a deal with George Bush to give him $165B more for Iraq without bringing a single soldier home. And Hoyer wants the Democratic Congress to pass the bill today (Thursday) – before the 68% of Americans who oppose the disastrous occupation get ourselves organized.
So please pick up the phone right now and tell your House Representative to vote NO on wasting $165 billion more in Iraq.
Call the Capitol switchboard at 202-224-3121 and ask for your House Representative (not Senators) by name, or find your House Representative’s name and direct dial by entering your address on the right side: http://usalone.com
On May 15, your passionate calls persuaded 149 Representatives to vote NO, and we shocked Steny Hoyer by winning that vote 149-141 . We can win again if you call today.
Don’t accept any excuses from your Representative. If (s)he says (s)he is voting yes to fund new GI college benefits, flood relief, and unemployment benefits, tell your Representative those programs have overwhelming support and should be passed separately, not combined with $165B for Iraq. Tell your Representative you will only accept a NO vote on Iraq funds.
After you call, share your Representative’s response with your neighbors by logging in to Democrats.com. (If you’ve never created a Democrats.com login, be sure to provide your voting address so we can find your Congressional District.) Then click: http://democrats.com/local
Look in the “Congressional District” section for a post on “Iraq $165B Vote.” If you see that post title, click the link and add a comment about your call to your Representative. If you do not see that topic, please create a post with that title by clicking the [Post] link right next to “Congressional District.”
While you’re visiting http://democrats.com/local, we hope you’ll get to know your progressive neighbors by clicking the [Neighbors] link. And if you’d like to keep up with posts by your neighbors, click the [RSS] link to subscribe through your favorite blog reader.
Crabby doesn’t begin to cover it for me. While I was writing this new article, I was looking at the ones I’d written before on this subject – nearly everything in the “domestic surveillance” category is about FISA. Must be twenty articles, easily. Nearly every one of those articles represents me either calling or writing a legislator about this issue. Multiply that over all the blogs that are doing this, and all the people who read them and do likewise.
I jusst called my rep and left a voicemail virtually demanding that her office call me Thursday to assure me that she is not going to vote for any deal that grants telecom immunity or expansion of the executive branch’s powers to spy on Americans without warrants.
I feel better now but I will call Thursday during business hours and see if I can talk to a real human–if they don’t call me first.
My voicemail included a recital of my Democratic credentials, fwiw.
i’m lucky – anna eschoo has been on the progressive side on just about everything and her staff is real good about returning calls. i’m gonna miss having her as my rep if and when i ever move.
My congresscritter is Denny Rehburg (R-MT). He likes the war, he wants to give Bushco everything they want. I have called his office and left a message – but I doubt it will do any good.
Both my senators voted for the Senate bill that took immunity away.
Sorry I can’t be of more help…I wrote Nancy P a letter on her website
Dear Speaker Pelosi:
Last year I got sued by my step-son over his deceased father’s estate. It was a totally frivolous lawsuit, and I am on SSDI but I had to pay to defend myself against it. The case was dismissed. He then re-filed it in another court, and I had to pay to defend myself again.
Why is it that I have to pay to defend myself against stupid stuff like this? Why aren’t you passing a law for me that gives me retro-active immunity from any lawsuits from my husband’s children?
This retroactive immunity for the telecoms is interesting to me. President Bush has said that they (the telecoms) did nothing wrong. If that is the case, then why do they need immunity? If they are being sued – they can afford to defend themselves, just like I had to do.
If you allow this bill to the floor and it passes, then you are in effect saying a couple of things:
1) You like corporations more than you like individual people like myself.
2) You are acknowledging that the telecoms in fact HAVE done something wrong.
3) You are becoming complicit in whatever wrong-doing the telecoms are guilty of, and therefore, are just as guilty as they are.
The people of this country have been fighting against this retroactive immunity for almost a year. WE DO NOT WANT THIS! You and all the rest of the people in the House do not need to fear for your seats if you get rid of telecom immunity – in fact, you will enjoy an advantage over those who are in favor of it.
But if you let this go through – I and everyone I know – and that is a lot of people – will be working hard and contributing to any candidate who runs against you and anyone else who votes for this retroactive immunity.
I so hope you do the right thing – vote FOR the Constitution and open government as you promised we would have when you were elected Speaker.
If I could I would vote for him. I like he stance on things Especially for the Vets.. We are lucky we have Anna Eshoo and for the most part she is progressive and has voted against Immunity and most of what Bushco has wanted…
What are Bob’s chances? I know I’m pretty worried, but hopeful about Mike down here. I really really really really don’t want the spawn of Duncan Hunter to be my new congressman. His front page quote alone is enough to make me despise him.
For me the central tenet of America is that our freedom is not granted to us by a man-made government, but is gifted to us from God and so may not be taken away from us… at least not without a fight.
Yeah, the Bible’s just full of stories about freedom.
Another choice quote from Lil’ Duncan, this one on his “Pro-Family” stance:
I am pro-life and believe life begins at conception. While the Supreme Court has determined that abortion is legal and only a constitutional amendment (which I would support) or new court ruling can change that, we can still work to end the practice and to give mothers faced with unwanted pregnancies choices other than abortion. I would outlaw partial birth abortions and I oppose using tax dollars to pay for abortions.
I believe marriage is a vitally important and sacred institution. I oppose the legalization of same-sex marriages.
It’s amazing none of his opponents in the primary hit him with his obvious stupidity. Didn’t late-term abortions get banned under Clinton? The dufus also thinks earmarks are how the Pentagon gets its funding.
Actually, the ‘partial-birth abortion’ ban was a ban on only one of three medical procedures used to terminate a late-term pregnancy. The safest one for the mother. Doctors can still do late-term abortions – they are just restricted to the other two, more dangerous, procedures.
Make sure you put on your sunglasses so you can see any of those tiny spots you may have missed,,, what with all that reflected glare coming off of everything…
Good night Suz… sleep well when you get there!
God in heaven. You’re in Duncan Hunter Jr. territory. I’m so sorry. I even hear his commercials while I listen to 760 going to and from lunch. What a loser. (But he could be a winner in Nov.)
I don’t know what to think about Robert Hamilton’s chances against Issa. I live in left field, so it’s hard for me to predict.
not only the physical resemblence, but the true viciousness of character…savaging the rights of ordinary Americans in favor of the big corporations, for personal profit.
Speaking of burrows, I think it’s about time to crawl into mine. Goodnight, all, and don’t forget to ask your Congresscritter not to vote for a police state tomorrow.
I’ve got serious ditto head relatives myself. My brothers and I went to meet cousins in Big Bear last Christmas, and what a nightmare. Totally understand!
It does make for fun arguments. They are at kind of a disadvantage though, since I usually know exactly what they’ll say before they do. All I have to do is check in with Media Matters and Crooks and Liars to know that.
Loo Hoo – this year could be very, very sweet. And I’m not dancing on any graves. I’m keeping my own counsel, and I suspect my grin will be plenty. My wingnut clients were bad enough in ‘06.
Let’s rock!

Did anybody catch this…
Thanks, but that was just the tip of the iceberg so to speak. I could go on. And on. And on. It just boils my blood thinking about it and how the US Gov’t has the nerve to talk to anyone anywhere about human rights abuses when this kind of crap is going on right here, right now, and all the time.
musta been on your end dood – we’ve been cooking along smoothly with no hiccups (knocking on wood and crossing fingers and toes)
Yeah, does seem Obama’s at least talking a little. I’m just not convinced that he’s going to walk the walk, on a lot of issues. Still, it is better than McCain, whose site only has some news article on how he thinks he can win over the Native American vote. Obama actually has quite a bit more.
It was weird for me for a bit so I re-booted my browser and it’s okay now.
Figures he’d jump to nuclear reactors for the answer. Solar and wind won’t make his friends enough money.
Hi everyone. After I signed onto that Strange Bedfellows thing I felt like I had to write something. So I did. Let me know if I forgot anything in that list.
How is everyone? I’ll go get caught up on the thread now.
Dam NSA and I gave them some of my Pepperidge Farms Sausalito’s :>(
But I didn’t lose any thing else… They must be picking on us Diggers at the Lake.
Here is more info for any interested.
ok, thanks
hey cujo
nahant, i keep telling ya, they like sweets and desserts, not protein
cookies is not a dessert unless ya add ice cream and whipped cream and chocolate sauce
All over this, bmaz.
thanks
we can start making calls tonight so the congresscritters get them when they come in to work in the am
but but but they are cookies…They are my favorite… if you haven’t indulged you should!
Hey, bmaz. Guess we need to be on the phone to Congress tomorrow, eh?
cookies are snacks
not desserts
They have voice mail? How thoroughly modern!
Shit why didn’t they tell me?? They said they were great after first taste what with all that chocolate and dem macadamia nuts in them.
Best nuts in the world…! ;-)
Steny Hoyer’s direct phone number please?
senate phone numbers here
house of reps phone numbers here
One reason those are my fav cookies… How is your computer doing these days CT?
Great resource! Thanks, Suz!
my pleasure
Thanks to one and all.
crabby? i’m fucking pissed!
It’s some of the most beautiful scenery in Colorado, and I HAVE been all over this state since birth. Ya got that very right, AZ Matt!
:)
My congresscritter’s voice mail is full. Try tomorrow, I guess.
Maybe so…I did experience some vvvvveeerrrryyy ssssllllooowww page loading a while ago…
Haven’t seen that unmarked white van parked in front of my house lateley, though…
I got this in the mail a bit ago:
thanks for trying cujo
i left a message for anna eschoo (who is against immunity) and am now gonna hit boxer/difi
blame nahant – he gave me cookies instead of a real dessert
Crabby doesn’t begin to cover it for me. While I was writing this new article, I was looking at the ones I’d written before on this subject – nearly everything in the “domestic surveillance” category is about FISA. Must be twenty articles, easily. Nearly every one of those articles represents me either calling or writing a legislator about this issue. Multiply that over all the blogs that are doing this, and all the people who read them and do likewise.
This crap should have been settled ages ago.
Well I guess next time you get stale bread:>(
No thanks necessary, believe me. I live here, too.
Suz, I thought the Lake frowned on threats of violence…
*groaning*
I jusst called my rep and left a voicemail virtually demanding that her office call me Thursday to assure me that she is not going to vote for any deal that grants telecom immunity or expansion of the executive branch’s powers to spy on Americans without warrants.
I feel better now but I will call Thursday during business hours and see if I can talk to a real human–if they don’t call me first.
My voicemail included a recital of my Democratic credentials, fwiw.
i’m lucky – anna eschoo has been on the progressive side on just about everything and her staff is real good about returning calls. i’m gonna miss having her as my rep if and when i ever move.
did you get all that, enn ess aaa minders?
Oh thank gawd! I thought I caught a virus or something.
My congresscritter is Denny Rehburg (R-MT). He likes the war, he wants to give Bushco everything they want. I have called his office and left a message – but I doubt it will do any good.
Both my senators voted for the Senate bill that took immunity away.
Sorry I can’t be of more help…I wrote Nancy P a letter on her website
hungry enn ess aaa minders…
watching countdown rerun.
phil gramm looks like some kind of animal…a badger, maybe?
*standing on chair clapping*
Yeah, and this report should rattle some folks. It’s blistering.
Great letter.
More like a hairless marmot, I think.
Excellent!
And by the way – just where is Nancy?
Thank you Cujo and Suzanne.
I do what I can when I can.
hiding under the table…or dealing [our rights away] under the table?
as I (and many others) have said before, I want my Constitution back…
it has become a kind of mantra
I’m in Fallbrook.
Probably missed AZ Matt, but good to see you/him!
mr and mrs graham
I feel like a patriotic hostage… by my own party.
Is that in AZ or NM, Loo Hoo? Where’s Fallbrook?
We have BOB!
Jack of asses.
pinworm on growth hormone
It would be great if Issa were replaced.
I’ve got a bunch of relatives up there!
Ah come on, those are cute little doggies. They never did nuthin bad to you – why are you insulting them?
Technically, they’re not marmots, but there’s definitely a resemblance (to Gramm, of course).
Quickdraw McSuz.
If I could I would vote for him. I like he stance on things Especially for the Vets.. We are lucky we have Anna Eshoo and for the most part she is progressive and has voted against Immunity and most of what Bushco has wanted…
i went with the crested since i could not remember the name of that hairless mole thingie i saw on the national geographic a while back
You might not have to move?
What are Bob’s chances? I know I’m pretty worried, but hopeful about Mike down here. I really really really really don’t want the spawn of Duncan Hunter to be my new congressman. His front page quote alone is enough to make me despise him.
Yeah, the Bible’s just full of stories about freedom.

Phil Gramm
The naked mole rat, perhaps? Interesting species.
yes! that’s the critter i thought of but could not remember cujo
loohoo, i gotta move.. just a question of if the house sells before i lose it… and the day that decision is made is coming pretty darn close
Go BOB!
Another choice quote from Lil’ Duncan, this one on his “Pro-Family” stance:
It’s amazing none of his opponents in the primary hit him with his obvious stupidity. Didn’t late-term abortions get banned under Clinton? The dufus also thinks earmarks are how the Pentagon gets its funding.

Better picture of Phil Gramm
Sorry. California. I am going to Austin for Netroots Nation if that helps…Love to meet you.
ok, pups, time for me to do that dratted just in case cleaning… the last open house this sunday so its gotta be sparkly
g’nite pups
Yep, that nose in the air. That’s our Phil.
Shit.
All appendages crossed, Suz.
Actually, the ‘partial-birth abortion’ ban was a ban on only one of three medical procedures used to terminate a late-term pregnancy. The safest one for the mother. Doctors can still do late-term abortions – they are just restricted to the other two, more dangerous, procedures.
Who? Where? I can connect them with Robert Hamilton if they’re interested.
Goodnight, Suzanne, and let’s hope this cleaning’s the charm.
Nite Suzanne – good luck. Have you done the de-’clutter’ thingy yet?
Bob’s a 100% improvement over Issa.
Make sure you put on your sunglasses so you can see any of those tiny spots you may have missed,,, what with all that reflected glare coming off of everything…
Good night Suz… sleep well when you get there!
Unfortunately, they’re a bunch of dittoheads. Which does make family gatherings so extra pleasant.
I’m outraged at a level I can’t recall reaching before.
The precedent is scary as hell.
How couldn’t he be… Issa is worthless and needs to be put out to pasture… or is that a pig pen in his future??
Bob should get in touch with Mike’s IT people.
Politically speaking.. I am too.
I dunno, here’s kinda what I had in mind…
not only the physical resemblence, but the true viciousness of character…savaging the rights of ordinary Americans in favor of the big corporations, for personal profit.
good night suzanne
Good night Pups time to snuggle with the sweetie… And don’t forget to Digg this post I know Neuro did… how about you!
Yes, there’s that ;-)
The only thing that doesn’t quite fit is the mole’s membership in subphylum Vertebrata.
All best wishes. Good night.
Oops. HERE’S kinda what I had in mind.
Speaking of burrows, I think it’s about time to crawl into mine. Goodnight, all, and don’t forget to ask your Congresscritter not to vote for a police state tomorrow.
The eyes are similar. Goodnight, Neuro.
Cute little critter, until you see the claws. I wonder if anybody’s ever tried to domesticate one.
I’ve got serious ditto head relatives myself. My brothers and I went to meet cousins in Big Bear last Christmas, and what a nightmare. Totally understand!
I’ll suggest it.

Capital Hill switchboard to committees or Critters
Loo Hoo – this year for the holidays – just a comely smile. It will drive them crazy!
Beautiful creature.
Nighters Cujo.
It does make for fun arguments. They are at kind of a disadvantage though, since I usually know exactly what they’ll say before they do. All I have to do is check in with Media Matters and Crooks and Liars to know that.
well, I have written myself a note to call my congresswoman’s washington and local offices tomorrow about FISA to reiterate my voicemail tonight.
hope you all can do the same.
so I’m off to bed. good nite, all.
Finally…sweet victory!
yes, I guess I should apologize to badgers everywhere
I’m off as well.. Wake up with a phone next to the coffee cup!
g’ nite fabulous firedogs
Night, neuro.
g’nite, neuro. zed and I wish you good dreams.
g’nite Eureka: good dreams.
Especially THESE ones…
Night and thanks, ES.
nite neuro, cujo
Loo Hoo – this year could be very, very sweet. And I’m not dancing on any graves. I’m keeping my own counsel, and I suspect my grin will be plenty. My wingnut clients were bad enough in ‘06.
nite eureka!
Ha! Beat me to it!
nite, kirk. tell zed he’s history. :)
I bet. We must be gracious…they were so freaking smug in their Rovian victories…we must remember our manners.
They were complete hang-dog, and expected me to gloat. I didn’t say a word.
i’m crashing. nite loo hoo
nite pups
A true gentleman. Night.
not really
it was the no-talking that drove them nuts
nite all
