First you have to have all your receipts at about the time of yhe att sbc merger so they can decide if you were part of a group that fits into the time frame of the suit.Then I could give you the names of the firms that are handleing it.They’ve changed the reps and now eff is handleing it.They haven,t contacted me in quite a while and the times I did talk to them they were very impressed at how informed I was. Mainly because of EW, greenwald,and fdl posts.

this is very similar to the way I got involved in the class action suit against ATT(sbc }.I started looking around for anyone that wasn’t tapping the circuits and failed.I was so pissed off.I finally ran into this add in opposition to these telcos and conacted them and one thing led to another.I thought I was going to be a john doe but noooooo,they gave me top billing so i’m sure they got my number to say the least.Fuck these fascists

Sorry to be slow in answering but I am fixing my dinner and eating it. I would repeal the repeal of Glass-Steagall so that investment banks could not use their regular commercial banking reserves as collateral in their investment loans and leveraging. I would increase the amount of those minimum reserves so that they would have less to play with. As for the futures markets, I would increase the margins from 5-7% to 30-50% and bring US commodities traded in US markets fully under US regulation. There are a lot of other things like increasing the capital gains tax but that is for another time.
