Bottom line, if the US does not take action against the international crimes that have been committed in our names, other countries have the right and the obligation to do so. Crowley scares me. As I recall, she might have been the one 2 days ago whom I heard ask Obama a question and mis-reading (?) her cue cards in a terrible way – referring to “Iran”, when she meant Iraq. Barack handled it smoothly, never even flinching, giving her a prompt and substantive answer, and making sure to mention “Iraq” in his sentence. We’ve got a powerful, AND subtle mind at work here for our team. I’m kinda excited to get on with the fall campaign.

I sure hope we can now QUIT rehashing and revisiting and rediscussing and redissecting what has already been beaten to death in the last week. Hillary lost. Obama won. Why Hillary lost. Why Obama won. The AUMF vote. The sniper fire. The grace, charm, lack thereof. The triangulation. I am so sick to death of these discussions that I’ve mostly been avoiding FDL, and skipped most of the prior thread for that reason. What on earth more is there to discuss about Obama vs. Clinton? Republicans should have been careful about emphasizing faith issues in a negative way. Their leadership won’t fare entirely well under chapter-and-verse biblical scrutiny. I’d rather that type of scripture-based examination not be part of a political campaign, but McCain supporters will be trying to presenting McCain as God’s choice, and they’re likely to have their usual success in getting interrogators on news programs and in the press corps to mouth their questions.
