I wish someone would point out [in addition to many other points about the “popular vote” myth], that if many of those “early” states re-voted today, there are a hell of a lot of folks who wouldn’t vote for Hillary a second time, after seeing her performance & tactics from South Carolina on.

The Connecticut that is touched by this blog is not the CT that elected Joe Lieberman. Things like

“People tried to warn you Connecticut … some of them right here on this little blog. But you didn’t listen.”

kills me. I may not be able to deny that I live in the state that he claims to be representing, but I sure as hell don’t have to take responsibility for this weasel. I wanted his committee chairmanships pulled last January. I didn’t care if it meant lost prestige and clout for the state.

I dream of a public humiliation, preferably involving handcuffs and him being put in the back of a police cruiser, but I will take gladly little vignettes that the one that happened on the Senate floor.

John Edwards said he would have us soon get out of Iraq ENTIRELY and a small security base of troops to help Iraq keep getting on its feet, we should station nearby, symbolically and actually OUT of Iraq in Kuwait to prove we were not intending to continue our control or exploit Iraq for its oil, etc.
