Britain finally joined the ranks of civilized nations, but not US, Russia, China or Israel, so far. Recall that US was thought to be a major supplier of the bombs Israel used on Lebanon, and there was supposed to be an investigation, because there are Congressional restrictions on their use against “civilian” areas.
