Actually Juno, up until March of this year I was supporting Hillary on this web site (and I wasn’t an Obama supporter, then)…but her quite obvious attacks against Obama have done much to change my impression of her. You are right, people see what they choose to see…but you are asking people to ignore the obvious.

I asked you why these examples she gave had anything to do with her staying in the race against Obama? In the case of her husband HE didn’t withdraw because he was the front-runner.

In the case of RFK and Humphrey (and I remember it well as it was the first election I EVER voted in) both had a chance to win outright based on an upcoming Primary (California). RFK won it. In addition McCarthy withdrew because he realized that having two anti-War candidates in the race were siphoning off support for both.

Hillary is now losing even those delegates previously committed to her.

Co-Chair of Clinton’s California Hispanic Campaign Jumps To Obama

And she replied the reason why she was staying in was because something like the tragedy that occurred to RFK might occur to Obama. “We all recall what happened to RFK”. So that’s the complete context. And then she tries to evade the fact she was suggesting that Obama might be assassinated by referring obliquely to Teddy’s illness. Oh..except she’s made the reference several times before Teddy’s illness.

And is she saying that Humphrey stayed in because he was intuiting RFK’s assassination? Humphrey was in the race because he had a very real chance to win outright…

And Bill Clinton stayed in because HE was the front-runner.

Neither of these explanations make any sense…at all.

With whom Obama voted 99% of the time.

That’d make him a right winger, I guess.

Well, point them out to me. The only person here who has been friendly to me today, Barbara, I did respond to in kind.

My point is, there is a group of, say, ten beating up on one, and the one is the person being accused of being a troll, of insulting, of starting something??

I don’t think that’s fair or right. I’ve dicussed an issue. I have given my perspective. And in response I’ve been called a troll, watched as people are told to not respond to me, told to “stick it”, among other insults. I’m okay with it since I am one for free expression, although it’d be nicer if people could be civil, esp. Obama supporters since that’s what they’re supposedly about, but I don’t like being accused of things not only am I not doing but others are.
