Good morning everyone. Yes, I read that article. While reading I was pretty sure that the owners of the Kosher meatpacking place were liberal democrats, but at the end it sounded like the workers weren’t treated very well. It will be interesting to see what charges, if any, are brought against the owners. Scroll down to the US section of the NYT and you’ll see 950 were picked up in California this week too.

Rhubarb fairy — lmao — love that…of course, people are not yet sensitized here to the whole ‘extra garden produce dump’ situation that they will come July and August, when employee break room tables become populated with zuccs, cucs, and tomatoes. Definite ’stealth produce’ possibilities here. The one issue with rhubarb is that you can’t just pick it up and eat it – so making a gift of it to an organization(unless I put in a bag of sugar with every sack of the stuff)wouldn’t be very nice.

Oh, that would be interesting about the R party connection. I’ll keep my eyes open for that one.

As for rhubarb, let me ask a Q by analogy. Here people lock their cars during zucchini season, because if they don’t they find their cars full of it when they return. So perhaps you could take your excess rhubard & deposit it in random cars, like a rhubarb fairy?

Heh..you noticed that also? Of course, I am waiting to see what sort of case the feds make against the owners and managers of the meatpacking plant. I remember someone commenting here at the lake that the owner is a pretty active contributor to the GOP.

The article I want to read on W’s illegal immigration crackdown is the one that will detail that the corporate targets are those that do not contribute enough to the R party. I notice there haven’t been any raids on the “contractors” that clean Wal-Marts at night.
