Went to Costco today, got rib eyes, two slabs of spare ribs, eight pounds of chicken thigh meat, two pounds of shrimp, two pounds of scallops, four pounds of hamburger and a gallon of Bone-Suckin’ barbecue sauce. </p> <p>I love summer cooking. Got beans ‘n’ greens to have with the ribs, plus ‘tater salad. Cornbread is made, beer is in the fridge, plus a big ol’ bottle of tanqueray and a smaller bottle of Courvosier. </p> <p>Gonna have a BIG TIME this weekend. :-D</p> I’m cooking, may style (outdoors with charcoal).
