Technically, your Web site is the MOST AMAZING PIECE OF CRAP EVER. Every time I look at your Web page, my browser freezes and idles for 2-3 minutes with the messages ”waiting for digg.com” and ”transferring data from digg.com” at the bottom of my browser screen.

I just pressed control-alt-delete in order to tell the Windows Task Manager to just crash my effing Firefox browser after 3-5 minutes of your crappy Web site freezing my computer.

Maybe you should think about this digg.com crap as nothing more than a poorly-designed virus! Either get it fixed or get something else!

and to the person having site problems, i have to stop any fdl page from loading, even the news page, all of the way or my browser crashes and wipes out all of my ’research’ windows…so, i scroll and wait till it loads to the comment box and hit ’apple period’…FAST…ya do what ya hafta do……better than nuthin’…..

I too have been having a terrible time opening the front page. Wish I had a solution or suggestion for you. I’ve written to the site and given them a description of the problem and the details of my operating system. Why don’t you do that, too, to help them pinpoint the problem?

You know there are many of us here who think that George Bush is a cheap, emotionally superficial bastard. Well, when I’m wrong, I’m wrong. As this exchange with the Politico’s Mike Allen (via Froomkin) shows the President does, in fact, care much more deeply than we suspected.

Allen: “Mr. President, you haven’t been golfing in recent years. Is that related to Iraq?”

Bush: “Yes, it really is. I don’t want some mom whose son may have recently died to see the commander-in-chief playing golf. I feel I owe it to the families to be as — to be in solidarity as best as I can with them. And I think playing golf during a war just sends the wrong signal.”

I think the clearing brush is to show how much he supports the troops and the biking to show he is on top of things with the economy. I’m not sure what Barney represents, but Laura I think represents his backing of the pharmaceutical industry.
