“One does not disenfranchise a people in their own land without inviting instructive consequence to one’s self.”

I call this the Law of Turning Around, Revolution. Look at history. This law is consistent. We are racking up more in the way of invited instructive consequences than any civilized people would do. It’s pretty simple. Would someone please explain this to the barbarians running our economy through our government?

We CONTROL IRAQ’S SECURITY. Just because Kurds and Turks are both our allies does not mean that we ENCOURAGE THEM TO FIGHT.

All we needed to do to prevent this tragedy was to deny Turkey the right to bomb the territory we control.

We have thrown the Kurds to the wolves… again!

I understand and appreciate all the work that so many here do.

But until and unless we, as a country, have the entire citizenry involved and evolved, we are accountable.

fuck up fairy = stupid people.

I haven’t created hell on earth but I know this gov’t has done it in my name. But I work hard to counter that (demonstrate, donate to red crescent, pestering my congress critters, etc.)

We had one of those schools right here in Phx. That’s why they named the road Indian School Road. It’s in the (now) heart of town. There’s also a Bethany Home Road, but I’m sure that’s a completely different story, and I know nothing of the history of that road’s name or the location of the Home, except that I have the vague impression that it was a home for unwed mothers.
