Twice a day. Ointments: NeoPolyDex - 4 times a day; Atropine, once; Sodium Chloride (to help remove water from under cornea) - twice; Artificial Tears - 2-3 times to keep eye moist. Can’t give the CycloSporin with an ointment so she gets it with Insulin. Since she’s diabetic we can’t use the heavy duty steroidal inflammatories. Could be up to year or more.
