You’re utterly cool…I was just suggesting an etymological association. Some people think that “bully” comes from the word for “bull”…but it may come from “belli”…as does the word “bellicose”. To me that would make more sense…as it means something like a haranguer (lots of that last night BTW) or one who “hectors” someone incessantly.

The word also has ties to the phrase “bully pulpit”…which of course is what a politician climbs to advocate for war.
