I am hopeful that showing McCain hugging Bush, or side by side as in the billboard, or making any connection of the two of them will be beneficial to the Democrats in spite of the MSM efforts to show what a great guy he is. Here I thought McBush was trying to win! How’s he trying to do that by denying that he punched Rick Renzi (who has been exposed as stealing folks insurance premiums and using them to further his political ambitions, and other serious charges of public corruption!) and says no, they are good friends! He would have been better off letting people think he punched him. At least the people who Renzi stole from would have had some satisfaction from it.

And Katymine, I don’t get out much, so I hadn’t seen those billboards. I sure love them, though!

Yes, there were actually. Several African-American and Hispanic flyers were shot down/captured. Everett Alvarez was a Navy Pilot and was also the first detainee (there for almost 10 years). I think Fred Cherry(?), and african american was there about the same or less time as McCain. There were others, believe.
