Triphop and Soul fusion for the win! I have to admit it took a bit for Cee Loo’s vocals to grow on me, but it did. He’s genuine in sound, and can sing as well live as in the studio. Not the perfect voice that Marvin Gaye has but he’s got the same aspect of real to it that i like just as much as any excellent set of vocal chords. The new album The Odd Couple is rather sneakily polticial, especially the track Open Book. *grin*

Goz gud. just got back from Drinkin’ Liberally where the club soda smells like a beer. I sat a the bar, put bread in the jar and said man I am so outta here. ;)

I did manage to finally get a couple of things done around the rat Hole today after I got back from the hospital.
It took me two freakin hours but I finally got the front of this thing down to bare floor and got a bunch of rusty staples pulled out of the fucking linoleum from the old carpet, swept, mopped and got some Boom Boom installed.
just a receiver for now, but the stereo system is coming together, FINALLY.
Hooked up the subwoofers too. Heh, The neighbors ain’t gonna like me now.

OK, I has gots to goes to bed. More teachifying and corrupting young minds in the morning.

Yeah, I have destroyed endless amounts of great music that way, but Mr. LS is fanatical about his…scratchless…perrrrfect…albums and CD’s …just no turntable..aout 800 albums..and no frikkin’ turntable!! My albums got left in the back seat of my car once…warped…most of them.

My CD’s..start skippin’ and well, can’t find them…on the floor of the truck and such sometimes…woops…, you know…*G*

I like the sound of vinyl better than CDs though for the most part…

Come to find out after some internet investigating it is THE grand dady of Kenwood receiver/ amplifiers!

They only made em for two years and you could only get one by ordering it from the factory in Japan, and only if you happened to be in the Navy!
Not available to the public. Kenwood quit making them because they were so expensive to manufacture!
Nine hundred bucks in 1979!
I’m getting that thing fixed, I don’t give a shit what it costs!!
