best drinking of all time? soak fresh ready-to-eat fruit in pure grain alchohol, make punch, enjoy.

we used to do it in a new, very-washed garbage can………talk about a party. people who didn’t drink were eating the fruit, they didn’t know…….fun. best parties we ever had, all of them out in the country, this was the mode of operation back in the late 70’s early 80’s.

and my favorite thing in the summer for an outdoor party—-spiked watermelons………cut a hole the size of a vodca bottle top, invert vodca bottle. wait overnight, eat.

have seed spitting contest half-way through eating it.
what a riot, some can’t spit them after a few slices, hilarious.

can’t get anyone to do it anymore, and i can’t eat the whole watermelon.

retirement communities should adopt this practice.

i was just telling people how cardomom changes things when you add a little of it…..

in foods, and in bath salts-aromatherapy.

turns it into an entirely different thing.

i’ve even had batches of salts, experimenting, that were really yuck, add a few drops of cardomom, heaven, wow.
