The result was two (or more?) nations moving their troops to the border of Colombia, closed embassies, and a few other nations sending scores of diplomats to all involved parties to try and work something out.</p> <p>Now we have America launching an assault on a geurilla (terrorist, whattever) force within Pakistan. Should we expect the same results?
