During the writers strike, millions not going to the movies would make a point. The problem is we don’t know how, and for the life of me, I can’t think of a way to use the internet to reach a collective conclusion.</p> <p>We might take as an example the people of Venezuela taking to the streets to get Chavez out of jail, put there by a coup the US probably organized. Were GWB to pull a coup here, I doubt we’d muster the energy to protest. Perhaps we have too many creature comforts.
