As a Hillary supporter, I don’t like Ferraro’s comments. I get what she’s saying, though. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that he wouldn’t be a successful candidate if he wasn’t black. And I certainly would never say he’s lucky to be black. But we are still facing a situation where pundits can routinely say that Obama will win a state because of the large black population, but if anyone from the Clinton camp says something similar, they’re playing the race card. Even Obama predicted that black turnout would go up 30 percent if he is the nominee. How is that not playing the race card? I think the Obama campaign has made a concerted effort to paint the Clintons as racists, which I find reprehensible.

As for Rush, it’s amazing how Republicans voting for Obama are a sign of his broad appeal, but Republicans voting for Hillary are part of a nefarious plot by Rush. He’s apparently so powerful that he can send his minions forth to skew the Dem primary, but can’t keep McCain from becoming the nominee of his own party.

One of the really frustrating things about many Obama supporters is their ready willingness to believe, and repeat, any Internet rumor that puts Hillary in a bad light. Now Obama is on board, giving Drudge the imprimatur of credibility by not only repeating his completely unsourced story, but going further and accusing the Clinton campaign of disseminating the photo.

Along those lines, snowbird, Clinton did not appear on Rush’s show. He was interviewed on Mark Davis’s show in Texas. Later that day, Davis filled in as a host on Rush, and replayed the interview. But I have no doubt we’ll be hearing that canard repeated endlessly.

Finally, I can’t believe anyone would even question if KO is biased. His shameful performance the night of the Florida primary sealed the deal on that one.

By the way, this campaign really isn’t that tough. It only seems that way because Obama’s supporters go into paroxysms every time Hillary does something they don’t like. A lot of people need to grow up and toughen up.

NO surprise, but exit polls show that a large majority of republicans voted for Clinton. Even when the majority said they did not favor either cnadidate. Looks like they are trying to keep this thing interesting. And they may see Clinton as eisier to beat in November. What do you think?
