The way Dems can distinguish themselves from the others is by taking responsibility for themselves. Otherwise, future Republican law-breakers will insist on the Spitzer treatment.</p> <p>On the other hand, criminalization of otherwise consensual sex between adults is fluffery. In Albany, New York Governor Eliot Spitzer is addressing the Family Planning Advocates of New York State.
