there are some hear agree. I do, even if I put it reather indelicately above.

Spitzer seemed to admit guilt today, so however they got him, they got him on something, and it looks bad. So, no point in trying to defend him against that.

Also, this is another pattern or very publicly leaking and sensationalizing cases selectively for political purposes. Perhaps selective investigations -I am convinced it goes on against Democrats in California all the time.

It is important to keep those two issues distinct, and not confuse trying to defend Spitzer, if he was admitting what he seemed to today, with the very serious and dangerous problem of corrupt DOJ.
