Due to the power of Television to brainwash, once again The Corporate Media (beholdent to the Republican Party for Media Consolidation and afraid of losing their tax cuts) won the debate, as the their “Talking A-Holes” in their empty dysfunctional mysogeny continue to Swiftboat the former Democratic frontrunner, unamimously pouncing on her to make sure she does not win Texas.

Comments like: “Some say she was trying to show her human side” WHAT IS SHE A ROBOT? A potted plant?

They have successfully Been Swiftboating Hillary just as they did with Gore (”Too Wooden”)Dean (Built him up and knocked him down over nothing) and Kerry (”too nuanced”), and then gave the Swifboat Liars tens of billions in free advertising over a 35 day period, with not so much as a context such as the fact that their leader was not even in Vietnam when Kerry was, and had been put up to discrediting Kerry by Nixon (who empbhatically appologized for it decades ago)

Yesterday the bankroller of the Swiftboat Liars for the War in Vietnam was featured on a commercial for themselves on GE-TV (CNBC). This hedge fund manager along with Cheeney, in colaboration with CNBC have also been major players in driving up the price of oil to this level, which is a whole other story.

And soon, should Obama, who has been comlicit in the Swifboating of Hillary
(and is full of himself…his voice now 2 decibles lower, and gave himself a comliment for his speeches during the debate, which CNN (a station that is to Journalism what painging by numbers is to art) “senior” analyst made anything of.

Obama has been running a dishonest Republican campaign, using Republican PR operative and former Karl Rove team member’s book called: “It’s not what you say but what people hear.” which should be called: “It’s what you imply and who you implicate with lies.”

Obama was not even in the Senate when the vote on Iraq was taken and destpite what his campaign claims it took no courage to oppose the was from Chicago. And when he got to the US Senate said he doesn’t know how he would have voted.

FACTS ARE HARD TO BELIEVE WHEN MASS BRAINWASHING HAS TAKEN PLACE. But I saw LIVE the CONDITIONS that Hillary and Kerry for that matter gave for their votes. I saw everything that happened before and everything that happened after including Tim Russert saying about 90 times with that smirk on his face “But John Kerry voted for “the” War.” Hitler’s Geobble would be proud of Russert’s repetition of lies. So in case anyone is interested in the reality base facts:

After almost a year of Bush trying to get that vote he finally said that War would only be as a last resport.

Hillary and Kerry, for that mattert VOTED AS A UNITED FRONT TO INTIMIDATE SADAM INTO ALLOWING THE INSEPECTORS BACK IN AND WAR ONLY AS A LAST RESORT.

THAT VOTE DID WORK, HE DID ALLOW THE INSPECTORS BACK IN!

But instead of forming a coalition that included Iraq’s neighbors INSTEAD BUSH PUSHED OUT THE INSPECTORS AND WENT IN AS A FIRST RESORT.

Hillary’s vote came after she SPOKE with ALL THE PEOPLE WROTE the CIA brief and after speaking with Mr. Bush in the White House to verify what was supposed to happen.

And because the information was mixed she thought that it was very important to get those inspectors back in. In her speech she warned Sadam that this was his last chance to do that –and VOILA he finally did.

Obama is the Bush candidate on the Democratic side. Expressed his belief that it is not the job of the Chief Executive to manage the (using the same word the Republicans use to trash our government) “the beaurocracy”
(and that he loses documents which he must be given 5 minutes before he needs them)

Excuse me? The Executive branch RUNS the agencies of state that Americans PAY to protect their interests. It is the Reps who hate those agencies, have been trying to destroy them for decades, and have succeeded in turning them into Central Headquarters for the Republican Party (FEMA, EPA, USDA, Consumer Product Safety, Department of Education etc. etc.

Who needs a president whose wife has to tell him to take out the garbage, whose has supporters who are trashing the Democrats, who praises the Republican Party who for 6 years were stepping on the Constitution, hate the teachers of our children, would like to privatise Social Security and would get rid of the FDA if their could.

Hillary has been far too kind to him and has avoided saying that IT IS OBVIOUS that he will need a BIG LEARNING CURVE, and even then seems to have a Situation Comedy (REAGAN/Bush) image of what the Chief Executive’s
job is.

And how DARE HE HAVE TO AUDACITY TO EQUATE Hillary with Bush! She and Bill have been taking Hits FOR US from the Republicans fore a long time. It is psychologically abusive to state otherwise.

Change? Change from What?

We had Nixon whose people broke into Democratic Party headquarters. Would Obama have changed that?

For 7 years the Republicans stepped on the Constitution and on the necks of the Democrats as a minority. Would Obama change that?

After the Republicans lost in 2006 their plan, which they followed to a T!
was to make the Democrats look bad when the poop hit the fans from their terrible policies. So they put their dirty socks into the dishwashers, Mr. Bush has vetoed everything, while the Republicans have philibustered.

WOULD OBAMA CHANGE ALL THAT? Good luck!

And when the viscious attackers for McCain go after Obama based on the content of his book will he deny what it says? You can be SURE OF ONE THING THOSE ATTACKERS WILL GET BILLIONS IN FREE AIR TIME ON THE Same Corporate Media that has been attacking Hillary day after day after day.

Did you and I see the same debate????

She wound his clock!

He..meandering…platitudes…

She..focused on issues…making points

and, her finish just nailed it for her.

Let me guess… take me a minute here…. um, you’re a Clinton supporter, right?

Not that you’d let that color your viewpoint or anything.

I really liked that part where the audience booed Obama for recycling that old plagiarism charge. Oh, wait….

Yep, just nailed it for her.

Yeah, let’s tell Hillary to quit before she screws up and wins this thing.

Now that Obama has a narrow lead (maybe) in the delegates, she should quit for the good of . . . uh, somebody.

Just like Eli Manning and the Giants quit when the Patriots took the lead late in the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl. They only hurt the NFL by playing the whole game.

Just speaking for myself, truly not intending to raise a ruckus . . .

When I read about Clinton’s chief strategist, Mark Penn; his company, Burson-Marsteller; and his business, “perception management,” my feet became firmly planted on the Barack side of the Clinton/Obama fence.

This is not to say that Senator Obama’s campaign is influence-peddler-free. It’s not.

Also, these recent letters by Linn Cohen-Cole, addressed to Hillary (re: her ties to Monsanto), make my feet feel even better.

Needless to say, I will vote for the Democratic nominee (whether Hillary or Barack) come November.

Before Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Rhode Island, West Virgina, etc.?

The first three are among the 9 largest states in the union. That’s 16% of the entire nation in just those 3 states.

So we don’t allow them to give voice to the process?

We tell the popular vote leader among Democrats that she should just drop out and tell Democrats in the remaining states that they just don’t count.

We just stop counting votes and declare a winner.

Get Real! It’s the loosers that count and …

Lou Dobbs LOST!

This psychotic whacko who thinks he should run for President ranted tonight before the debate about the NAFTA superhighway of disease laden illegals and almost demanded it be discussed during CNN’s own debate -and even had a poll on how many others agreed it should be discussed.

Poor Lou… not even Joe Lieberman came to his rescue.

Well, it’s late and I am nodding. I read all 4 debate threads and thoroughly enjoyed tapping into your thoughts and musings.

Must declare: I am voting for Hillary this week in early voting. I didn’t work all these years fighting to be equal, valued, and seen as capable as one of the opposite sex…and for my daughters, all three now succesful professional women - not to cast my vote for the first viable woman candidate for President.

Hillary was as impressive tonight as she always has been. I have never looked on these contrived debates (a chance for the faux reporters to shine) as having to have a winner and a loser. Both candidates did us proud, and I will support Obama wholeheartedly if HRC is not the nominee.

I’m a realist and see the tide turning toward Obama. Sad for Hillary. I think of the song “Send in the Clowns” (wish I could link it for you but don’t know how). Here she has spent her career to get to this point and along comes this smart, articulate, inspirational young(er) man, and a minority at that, and everybit as deserving as she. It’s not every day we can see clearly the irony that life presents. Google the song and see if you don’t think its sentiment sums up the situation.

I’ll say goodnight to all of you, wherever you are. And Betsy, take care.

It’ll depend, I think. If it’s an attack of a sort we’ve experienced recently, then no, it won’t. If it’s some new sort of thing, then maybe. Then it will depend on the President, how he’s already viewed by the country, and how willing the broadcast news folks are willing to treat him well.
