If you listen carefully to the debates, their responses are so so very often, Clinton POINTS TO (literally and otherwise) the past, and Obama, moves the question and the issue toward the future. Apparently a whole bunch of listeners are following. Who could blame them, with things sucking so badly in the here and now.

I don’t mean to offend anyone here, but Clinton (and I do NOT refer to her anywhere as “Hillary”) is so very obviously “current Washington, DC”, like McCain. And THERE’S YOUR BUG!

I don’t WANT WASH/DC as it is!
I have said at least a bazillion times, whenever and wherever possible, petitions, news sources, blogs, to people at dinner parties, bbq’s, really, the little tiny local paper here, and in the larger town over, and to Congresspeople, mine and others, Reptilian AND Snake alike:

I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK!!!

And I want it back NOW!

Clinton wants the White House!! For too many reasons to list, and those are the ones we KNOW about.

Speculating here, I don’t KNOW, but I think Obama is as friggin sick of our government as I am. I think he stepped on out there to work to make things better and found out quickly that the stench was coming from on high! And he didn’t want to live his life trying to deal AROUND the chit. He decided to straighten it all out, or at least FIX SOME OF IT.

I don’t believe disliking HRC = misogyny. HRC has done little to endear herself to progressives and has done a lot to alienate them. I can’t stand her at all, though there are a number of women I’d vote for if they were running.

I’ll even hold my nose (and my stomach) if she’s the nominee, but I believe if she is, it’s a clear path to the oval office for McBush. Hillary cannot win. Obama WILL win if he’s nominated. To me, that’s the difference.

I guess if that makes me a misogynist, I’ll wear the t-shirt but Hillary has done far too much triangulating and supporting of Chimpy McClusterfuck’s policies for me to ever be able to willingly support her.

That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it.

Fineman’s comment was despicable, as was KO’s reaction to it. They acted as though it is a given that an accomplished woman had to have a man behind pulling strings. When Hill gets all wonkish and spouts out facts and numbers from her fingertips, something that neither W or, for that matter, Obama can do, she is just being Bill’s dummy? I am sick and tired of MSNBC’s never ending misogyny. In this regard they are a class by themselves. Not even FOX with its odious O’Reilly can keep up with Tweety and the jocks.

As I periodically have done when I was feeling down since New Hampshire, I think Hillary might pull this out tonight. I certainly do not think the exit polls will call it for Obama when the polls close.

I’m so tired of a Bush or a Clinton being in office for the past 28 years that the thought of Hillary getting in makes me want to pull my hair out one by one and then make some mittens with it!

What will goopers hit him with—caught being black? Goin to a moslem school?, hating america? Affairs with white women?

Beats me- but they’ll think of something.

Double that. I have never forgotten (and I have a photograph I took to remind me if I do) watching JFK give a stump speech off the back end of a railway car in Springfield, Ohio. Go.
