They are mostly too busy getting their work done. I had an inside view because I had the responsibility of buildiing an organization, from top to bottom. The top was mostly decided by the VC firm. That’s why one cannot expect an employee to know if her salary is parady with others in the company with similar responsibilities. Employees just don’t know so it it unfair to put the onus on them to know within a limited period of time.</p> The point is, employees in the company really just don’t know all the stuff that goes on.
