I did the ‘timewaster’ you talked about – ‘Make Your Own Album’ – and got the album title “Speech Worth Listening To” with… a picture of Barack Obama. How’s that for a coincidence?

Those are the three reasons I want to see a tsunami now for Obama. I think it will carry over easily to general and maginalize mccain and romney right up front. I can’t even pretend they are serious candidates and going into the general in strong position is what I’m looking for. I don’t think we get that with hill…. there’s sure not going to be a tidal wave for her like I hope we can create for Obama. Its a great statement that SC made and wow, that would be something for all the Sooooper Tuesday states to reflect that. As a scond choice I want it to be a big one.

Again…. good luck to you and all the Edwards supporters. :-)

I thought Michelle Obama knocked it out of the ballpark with her speech. Game over. Obama wins.

Then the skeletal remains of poor Maria Shriver got up on stage and brought the mood down. I’m glad for her endorsement but wish she’d spoken first and let the mood of this event end with Michelle’s incredible speech.

thanks a lot, tanbark. you were a great voice for us lumpenproles. one thing for sure, that lily15 (a moniker i’ll not forget soon) sure helped make up my mind that i want to vote for Obama. but i will vote for the Democratic candidate no matter who she may be (and gladly). McCain and Romney are poison for my people. no two ways about it.

I’m glad Maria Shriver endorsed Obama. I recently saw a program about her father, Sargent Shriver. He was a great progressive. I think Maria is doing what she was supposed to be doing all along. I think she got a little sidetracked by Ahhnold.

I agree completely that a brokered convention breaks badly for the Clinton Camp.

And “either” presupposes that John McCain or Romney (Dog help us) is in the general. I’m not throwing in any towels. But McCain or Romney is unthinkable for a variety of reasons. I simply will bite down hard if the Democratic president turns out to be heinous and reflect on the alternative. It won’t make me happy, though.
