The repugs are talking as if the ‘terrorists’ the administration has been targeting are ‘abroad’. They seem intent on directing our thinking to ‘foreign’ targets. However, their panic now might be that their real targets were ‘domestic’, perhaps rove was tracking democratic fund raisers (as he said he would do), and cheney was tracking domestic policy resisters (as we know he did)…

Actually, the telcoms don’t even need immunity in the least; they are already going to get indemnification for their acts, and that is the truth.
