Hey guys. As some of you know, I’ve been taking a sabatical from campaign coverage, including FDL. I plan to get back into it on the 22nd so i’ll have a week to follow things before the Flori-duh primary. Saw the headline, of course, about Romney winning but haven’t read or watched any coverage and don’t know anything about the Dems. I think there’s Rublican down here some, but I really don’t know.

Just popped in to say hi. And I’m not going back to read the last few days’ posts. Hope everyone is well.

My brother and I attended an event several years back that Studs was speaking at. My brother was his handler and I bought him a martini while other speakers were warming up the mic.

Best wishes and we owe you a great debt for your great campaign in 2006 by forcing the Deserted Planet Hastert to have to spend million$ in IL14 that he would have given to other races. We owe our disappointing Democratic Congressional majority to you! Thanks! (really).

I voted yesterday for Laesch. Early voting is on. He will do well in the Aurora part of the 14th Dist. Actually, in the primary, he’ll do well all over the district. It’s the general that he has to face the survivor of the 2 R bozos–one the dairy snob and immigrant-basher, and the other not a dairy owner. It’s a tough District for a Dem, even with 1 of the 2 idiots the Rs will nominate.

Hastert Deserted on the Revolving Door policy to lobby early with his two sons. That DESERTION and his amazing profits in Real Estate recently are not lost on the IL14 farmers and surburanites, who love VETS and hate Sissyhawks who vote for optional wars and send brave children to fight their optional war.
Hastert has endorsed Oberweis, a very mixed blessing, and state Rep Lauzen and Oberweis are ripping each other to shreds, perfect.

I have forgotten where I picked it up though, somebody was explaining years ago how ChickenHawks were terrific fighters and to call any warmongering politician who had not served themselves a ChickenHawk was an insult to ChickenHawks, and to make it SissyHawks.

I DO think we might want to look for another term for Hastert though, who was a decent politician before he met DeLay. To be one of Bush2’s leaders in the run up to the Iraq invasion, and to have never served, and then to DESERT his elected duty to go lobby early on the revolving door policy with his two lobbying sons, we need a new word for that. All I have so far is DESERTED SissyHawk. Name the Hastert contest?

Cele Meyers, an 84 year old Grandmother in Dekalb, Illinois wrote a letter to Hastert and the Dekalb Chronicle 11/30/7 asking Denny to reassure them he had not abandoned them on the revolving door policy and to NOT lobby for two years. No Answer so far, DownWithTyranny ran the story too. An alternative proposal has been that the Disabled Vets, who hate Hasterts voting records even more than Students, invoice Denny for his first year’s lobbying profits and any increase in his two sons lobbying practices, while he lobbies on our elected watch.

Seriously John Laesch is the real deal and can use all of our support here. I worked for him last time around on election day and will try to do again this time. We in the 14th district need to send Rahm & Dick a message that we will pick our candidates without their help. They are trying to ram Bill Foster thru right now & we need to send them a clear message here that I would hope would resonate on the national scale.
