The Obama “Reagan love” stuff is appalling–just despicable. He really needs to be running on that fake Unity 08 ticket–or even as a Republican.

The question that needs to be asked is Why then Obama didn’t smack the GOP down in Congress when they pulled this shit. Why he sat back and let them make this bill he’s so very proud of un-enforceable? Why he now goes around bragging about something that can’t be used? Why he never rallied the Senate Majority to stop the GOP? …

Umm good luck with that. I distinctly remember another Russert debate in which Barack Obama objected to Hillary’s calling Russert on the Republikan framing of “the social security problem,” then talked about bipartisanship. I also remember a little quarrel between Mccain/Lieberman and Obama. Obama backed down (out of respect for HoJoe’s feelings?) Nah, Obama isn’t a leader he is a triangulator, which problably doesn’t make him much different than Hillary, only scarier if you add in luv of Raygun demagoguery and . . .

This is what the democrat’s candidate in the general election had better be ready for.
My problem with Senator Obama has been his inclination for “bi-partisanship” that is not going to happen. I read earlier on another website of his praise for Ronald Reagan and how he was able to bring the country together. That is the revisionist version of the Raegan years as created by the Republican majority in Congress when they began to name anything that didn’t move “Reagan”. What a crock. The Reagan years were lived on a credit card. He set back so many progressive causes that it took years to undo the hardships he caused to the poor and middle class. I’ll never forget how he purged the Disabled from Social Security benefits when he took office. Obama is young and therefore he hasn’t lived through alot of the destruction from the Republican Party that alot of us are still fighting. He is not ready to go up against their machine in a general election. Look at what is happening to John McCain again in South Carolina.

And so it begins. I hope the “lessons learned” for Obama is that the GOP doesn’t play nice, doesn’t play by the Marquess of Queensbury rules, and doesn’t take prisoners. We have to do it better, but if you can’t survive long enough in the ring to throw a punch, you won’t get the chance.

Even more obstructionism with the RNC NH phone jammer Allen Raymond (This is a brief Q&A on Freakonomics blog with ):
http://freakonomics.blogs.nyti.....he-author/
Allen Raymond knows a thing or two about bending the rules in the electoral process. A former G.O.P. political operative who served as chief of staff to a co-chairman of the Republican National Committee and supervised numerous election victories, he saw his political career fall apart when he was sentenced to 3 months in federal prison for jamming Democrat-run phone lines during the 2002 New Hampshire Senate primaries. His new book,

And Lost emails (or sealed and un-accounted for by the US Gvt) as announced a few seconds under the deadline by the rule-breakers:
5 million covering:
9-11
Iraq War II
PlameGate
FitzGate(Dark Cloud)
Torture and stuff

Former GOP Congressman Indicted For Funding Terrorism:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/.....81842.html

A former congressman and delegate to the United Nations was indicted Wednesday as part of a terrorist fundraising ring that allegedly sent more than $130,000 to an al-Qaida and Taliban supporter who has threatened U.S. and international troops in Afghanistan.

Mark Deli Siljander, a Michigan Republican when he was in the House, was charged with money laundering, conspiracy and obstructing justice for allegedly lying about lobbying senators on behalf of an Islamic charity that authorities said was secretly sending funds to terrorists.

—
Of course all the others as well. The Tribes Casino amoung other ways to create or take hand-over-fist money.

No Pardon’s after the oath of office so I think the candidates need to be clear on access to records acording to law. Also going to need some legislation ready for day 1. Including strength to campaign finance & a Government Record law for all 3-Branches.

Anyway we will see about a Grand Jury for this latest crime probe. I guess it is one other small part of the latest criminal parade. To bad its the Circus that’s in DC town so we ain’t seeing all three rings just a trickle which for them is a parade.

Dan Abrams listed this Obama “misstatement” as one of the top five in his On The Trail segment, where he bravely points out (mostly Democratic) errors on the campaign trail. Neither Stephanie Miller nor Lawrence (spit!) O’Donnell had the facts at their command as Jane does right here. Why do these ‘pundits’ go on teevee unprepared to talk about the issues?

Also, O’Donnell called John Edwards ‘pathetic.’ You’re pathetic, Lawrence, with your bad red dye job.

I always think of two people at the same time whenever one is mentioned as symbols for how bad DOJ has become. They might as well be twins.
