Name calling is not foreign to FDL and I call the Rs names that you have listed. But you may notice, there ARE certain terms that I do not use. Bitch is one of them..

Maybe the difference is the “nicknames” you list are for the individual but not those that are commonly used to denigrate and mock groups of individuals by their race/sex/whatever.
