Bet Obama wishes he HAD kept his promise to campaign for Ned Lamont now, as do the rest of the Democratic field who did not consier Lamont a “viable candidate”

Given the beltway support for both Lieberman and McCain this could get scary.

OT, but I have to vent about the MSM. On NPR’s “Day to Day” their political correspondent Ron Elving, once again says that the only story is between “Can’t We All Just Get Along” Obama and Hillary. Not one word in his analysis on Edwards. Celebrity culture is now being mirrored on how Presidents are selected. Both Hillary and Obama are celebrities, stars, therefore they are the only ones worth discussing. Is this a great system or what? I would encourage anyone that wants Beltway pundits to become irrelavent to contribute to the campaign of John Edwards. When image trumps substance then the country is done a disservice.

Apparently the doggie is already dressed for the show.

That Liberman+doggie picture that seems to be FDL’s stock Lieberman thread-top photo really freaks me out. All I can think when I see it is “WTF is he going to do that poor defenseless doggie?”
