Unfortunately, few other liberals — and this includes popular bloggers, who are in a position to land a blow on the smug and complacent “conservative” ascendancy do so, and almost none of our “champions” in Congress possess Steve’s courage or commitment. In some ways, I’m glad that Steve was spared the sight of Reid, Pelosi, and the other leaders of the post-2006 majority rolling over for President 30 Percent.
