Left is right.
Leftward, Ho!
g’evening all
left is right, up is down, and it’s friiiiday
left, left, left and left!
Left is the way.

Robert Randolph & The Family Band
Hi Suz, LL, Betsy, Christine and everyone.
Great song!
Long live the Friday!
Teh hot music. Pounded happiness
rightleft into my soul.Suz, that is a tasty YouTube!
hey Margot :-)
i am exhausted. going to get some sleep. see y’all tomorrow night.
ya’ll ever get a chance, see them live. i saw them several years ago when they opened for clapton. they blew away the arena and clapton came out saying they were a hard act to follow. robert can make that pedal steel guitar sing like jimi. i’m looking for the clip now i saw last nite of it.
Going in the right direction lyrics
g’nite tex, pain free sleep wishes
nite betsy
G’night Betsy, rest well.
The stuff I’m reading is getting too bizarre:
– Hillary thinks her service as first lady makes her an foreign service expert.
– Willard thinks it doesn’t matter that his father didn’t march with MLK like Willard says his dad did in Willard’s own presence.
Hello! Earth to presidential candidates. If you’ve left orbit, you cannot run for office.
night y’all.
someone else needs to find a snack.
I wish ya pain-free sleep, Ma’am! Dang, it’s hard to type when you’ve an insistent kitty on one’s lap…
So too of chichauas
found it, robert randolph doing jimi
It’s a mad, mad, mad, mad world.
Thank you. I thought maybe I was losing my mind.
Snack? Did someone say snack?
But he’s bigger than most chihauhas, and doesn’t nip my heels, he nips my wrists… ;-)
Cool cut Suz…reminds me of this guy: Jeff Healey
I resemble that remark! Mine’s a terrorist. I’m reportng him.
This makes me happy:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pf9IUOaOHgY
Joe Wilson has a slightly higher opinion based on first hand experience.

LouC, that is a sweet video. thanks
thanks for the cookies mommybrain (yummy looking)
Okay, so anyone who has left earth’s orbit is no longer to be taken seriously, e.g., Hillary and Willard. Okay?
…slipping silently out teh side door…
don’t forget to say I love you, you won’t regret it
g’nite wangdang
((( wangdang ))) I hear ya grrrrllll.
I concur.
He makes some good points…
Wilson makes a great case for dismissing Obama, in addition to the Clinton and Romney.
I’m glad Joe leaves open the possibility of rank disagreement with Senator Clinton’s positions. I dislike Obama, but not just because he’s being exposed as a lousy debater and a less-than-gifted wonk.
I don’t hold it against Joe Wilson the his choice was too cozy with RGJoe. But the moment he starts showing up at hosted events, the worse he looks in my eyes.
Stay away, Joe.
… tis the season, Mommybrain!
I can feel my blood-sugar going up just looking at those.
RGJoe, Right…? ;-)
The bottome-line question is: Does or doesn’t Hillary’s service as first lady make her a foreign policy expert. If not, she’s full of shit!
I spent the better part of Thursday evening’s suppertime listening to my relatives trying desperately to defend Shrub, but not being able to tout any of the Repub candidates. Most interesting. What was really refreshing was to hear my 15 1/2 year old niece going toe to toe with her dad about current issues, and sounding very progressive and informed.
Say it ain’t so, Joe (Wilson)
Yeah Suz,
Healey’s blind and I ‘happened’ to go see him years ago and wound up so close that if he could see, he looked me in the eye! *wink
Jeff doing ‘While My Guitar Gently Weeps’
LL, Where is your niece getting her info from? I wonder if it’s The Daily Show?
She’s as much a Policy Wonk as Bill, She’s certainly has been as hands on as First Lady as Eleanor was… Maybe, more so…
OT..interesting..

TPM
oh sure, they held their witnessing for 45 years but decided to speak today out of the goodness of their hearts. yeah. sure. right.
Margot, she may have seen the Daily Show but I’m not sure. She goes to private school, and I have a feeling she is hanging out with the progressive kids there ;-)
This nation never considered electing Elanor, and thus far I’ve seen no evidence that Hillary is Elanor’s peer.
Lou Costello, great YouTube there. Excellent song.
My head’s bouncin’ on the end of my neck, and it’s all yer fault, Suzanne!
Great utube. kthxbai
ll, what you got in your friday nite stash jukebox tonight?
Dang, wtf?…
Interesting…
This nation never considered electing Elanor, and thus far I’ve seen no evidence that Hillary is Elanor’s peer.
Perhaps it didn’t (maybe it should have), but I would like to think it has made some progress in the last 60 years…
hehehhe, teddy, thanks
Teddy don’t go yet, have a Napoleon and give me a Christmas hug, please
Hang on Suz, I’ll call up my protest songs playlist ;-)
Note Eric’s guitar strap…it’s on backwords and falls off just as they came to the words (@ :55secs – Not sure what Clapton says) but the guitar falls and opens up for Robbie to solo…totally changes the whole song!

Stay away Joe Wilson, from standing on a stage with Senator Clinton – he may get splashed with “ugly, stoopid, war-monger-juice”.
And RGJoe forfeited his name “Joe” a very long time ago.
Still like Ambassador Wilson a lot, just strongly disagree with his conclusions.
I didn’t say Hill was a peer of Eleanor, I was referring to the sway Eleanor held versus what Hill has had over Bill… At least the first couple’s relationship had modernized with the times…
lou, that was sweet the way robbie then handed it back to eric. i had not seen any the band stuff. gonna have to expand my stash of utubes. thanks
THX soooooo much…I forgot how much I laughed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmsOIjzQ1V8
I like TPM’s follow up though…if this was the case why was Mitt so friggin’ lame in the way he came back with the silly definition of “saw”?
I mean, if you can’t make your points and assertions stick, how are you gonna sell us the next war, dude?

Evening pups..I was just over C&L and here is what I found..Phil Donahue just made a movie called: The Body of War, Reggies met Amy Goodman at Marla and Phils the other night, he mentioned her show w/times, I googled the movie…the movie the boys in the w/h don’t want you to see. Spread the word, I listened to the trailer, I had to take a another drink just to calm my nerves. Peace, Love and Health to you and yours..
and personal to Suz — thank dog for your instructions on posting YouTubes…I printed them out a few days ago, and I still have to refer to them! *g*
Wonderful!
glad to be of help, LL
All conclusions or just some..how is the decision made? Are his conclusions about Valerie’s situation valid? Are his conclusions about the criminality of Bush/Cheney valid? Some of his foreign policy opinions I don’t agree with..but if he says Hillary was involved with some hands on aspects of foreign policy and he respects her experience..I don’t have any reason to think that he is wrong.
got to go, y’all — all of this driving up and down I95 the past couple of days has worn me out. Good night!
its Cold outside – 32.2 outside – just back from walking token
Nite LL!
g’nite LL
Yup, “modernized”. God, I hope we can consider things beyond the fact that someone served as the president’s consort. Maybe Monica should run.
Obviously, Hillary has her service as a U.S. senator. But that service doesn’t give her qualifications that exceed those of her major running mates. But let’s leave out the stuff about who’s married to whom.
gosh Suz, it’s warmer here out west of Dee Cee — 38F here
Considering the fact he ’saw’ it firsthand… ;-)
Suzanne, it’s 41 f here (NE KS) but they are saying 4 inches of snow tonite or tomorrow (Saturday)…guess a cold front would have to move in for that to happen, we shall see…
LL, it was only 43 today at 3pm
What exactly has Hillary accomplished as a Senator, anyway?
Video game press releases with RGJoe, flag-burning ban proposals, and voted AYE for Kyl-Lieberman. Why settle for diet or even low-cal? Let’s nominate Lieberman if we’re gonna nominate Hillary….
Of course not all of them. Primarily his support for Hil. I’m not against hawks – they have their place. Being who he is and what he’s seen though, I would prefer he take a longer view of the Republic and embrace a candidate who embodies Constitutional reforms and restoration. And Hillary doesn’t strike me that way.
Wilson is signed on as a Hillary supporter. What do you expect him to say?
I’m loving the news-ticker story about Rove’s memoirs selling for half the asking price — to Mary Matalin! What a mercy fuck!
A rather low blow, Wigwam… That wasn’t the intent, nor, the point of which I feebly attempted to parlay…
ack Teddy @87 — LIEberman? You want I should go to bed with that imagery? *g*
Good night all.
Definitely spend some time with ‘The Band’ – “The Last Waltz”
But over at C&L, I found out it’s Zappa birthday: “Stevie’s Spanking”
teddy, i just fed the ticker with a story about how the FEC is shutting down just as primary season starts
Only 384 days left before these asshats depart town (maybe). Anyone got tar, feathers and a rail?
“Politics,” he said glumly yesterday, before returning to the ice rink to skate with his daughter. “That’s what generated this situation.”
Now why on earth would he say that…? Hmmm…
I’d settle for a butt-load of contempt citations and about 50 indictments.
I would prefer to see a nice array of indictments…
I, who normally live in the 50 zone am in Nebraska where it’s …10- with wind. I need a furlined bra.
Moyers is rocking tonite…
we can agree on that, newton…
Okay. But the point is that Hillary has no official and documented contributions to the foreign policy of the United States. Her insinuations to the contrary are bogus at best.
So far as I can tell, she, Barak, and Edwards are on par wrt foreign-policy credentials.
oh crap, i forgot to watch moyers.
i’ll catch him on the repeat at 1am.
True and that is my question..it’s sort of chicken or egg. Does Joe
Wilson support Hillary because he has seen her “in action” and thinks she is best qualifies or is saying crap because he supports her? If it’s the later then I would say that anything that he says is crap.
HAPPY SOLSTICE

Suzanne is one dedicated FDL site. Thank You Sincerely..P.S. I will do some ee cummings writing to make up for the capitalization binges arf arf woof wuf wag wag doting looks and affectionate nuzzles digg
I am not a Hillary Clinton supporter, at this stage of the campaign. But I would point out that just because Joe Wilson is supporting her, that does not mean that anything he says in support of her is crap.
I’ll concur, but, I’d give Hill a bit of an edge, I’d take any of their world views over any Repug Candie’s myopic views…
That is the question isn’t it? They sure don’t act like that plan to leave especially once they give up the govt. thousands of them are looking at felony charges. And as Gonzo is well aware, the Torture and War Crimes carry the death penalty under US Law.
My opinion is that he’s a hawk, and no matter his party affiliation, he’s a hawk. And Hillary’s “thrust” fits his world-view.
Thanks, bb. happy solstice to you and yours. i took token, the cutest dog in the world (9lb category) out earlier and he broke the Boulder Creek landspeed record doing his business and running back inside the cottage.
Excellent discourse as always, Suz! Shredding Shrub’s economic policies, or lack thereof… *g*
Willard “Mitt” Romney negotiated the surrenders of Germany and Japan at the end of WW II.
Willare “Mitt” Romney advised JFK throughout the Cuban Missle Crisis and brought it to a favorable conclusion.
Willard “Mitt” Romney said all along that the Viet Nam War was a mistake.
Willard “Mitt” Romney ended the Cold War and brought about the collapse of the Soviet empire.
Willard “Mitt” Romney drove Saddam Hussein out of Kuwait.
Willard “Mitt” Romney warned Bush and Cheney that an invasion of Iraq was not a wise decision and that there were no weapons of mass destruction.
Willard “Mitt” Romney has vastly more foreign policy experience than Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John Edwards combined.
All in a, you know, figurative way.
thanks ct – usually its reversed with me telling you what the topic is
most excellent snark, neuro
That makes sense and is probably the best “fit” for the available data.
:)
Okay. My cocerns regarding Hillary and foreign policy are a bit deeper.
She list among her foreign policy advisors Martin Indyk and Michael O’Hanlon. Indyk is the director of the Saban Center for MidEast Policy of the Brookings Institution. O’Hanlon is an affiliate. The Center’s Research director is Kenneth Pollack who accompanied O’Hanlon on a recent trip to the Mideast after which they wrote a NYT op-ed indicating that, in spite of their initial skepticism, they thought that the surge would work.
Glenn Greenwald trashed them. You can google that.
They fobbed themselves off as war skeptics in spite of the fact that Pollack had written a 2002 book entitled: The Case for Invading Iraq.
Saban himself, the center’s founder, is an Israeli billionaire who is one of Hillary’s major fund raisers and has proclaimed himself to be “a one-issue guy, and my issue is Israel.” [Wikipedia]
Those foreign-policy credentials don’t impress me.
I know I’m time zone impaired… ;-)
That’s the sound of me shrugging. I like Joe very much, and he’s got the balls of a lion. We just differ on some things. I want primacy to the Founders, and I believe he is thinking shorter-term.
the reversal may mean you are lucky ct
oh yes the thing dreams are made of the great gang of crooks and liars frog marching down the senate Aisle… but i’m not sleepy yet and there is no place i’m goin to…hold those good thoughts and visualize
Dodd’s and Richardson’s foreign policy credentials are the only one’s I really respect and admire…
His wife had very hawkish things to say when she was a guest here. I’m not in a position to say that she was wrong, but what she said seems to have contradicted what the subsequent release of portions of the NIE said.
hey newton, where ya been dood?
Baby it’s cold there! Best wishes to all the ‘brains for Solstice!
(It’s winter, people!)
I heartily celebrate the Winter Solstice. Every minute of sunshine is like a drop of gold.
My dog thinks it’s summer here in Ohio, she wants to stay outside at night, it’s so warm!
Yeah, Mary has got some scootin in her boots, she rocks, err… skedaddles?
I’m not sure how I got it…I’m not sure how to get it again…I’m hopin’ it all Jane’s doin’, but I had ‘Today’s Top Video’

and it felt good! Willard is a prop. They all are!
Happy Solstice to you too Teddy.
(mwah) from Sprout and daddybrain.
IMHO, Thank God for Dodd. There’s a guy who respects the Constitution. And, given what he wrote about his father, he’s the most likely to Bring The Bastards to Justice.
congrats LouC
Hi Suz!
Out of town for a few days, got back this morning. I was FDL-bereft, so I guess I have some catching up to do.
I see LHP had a mondo thread yesterday that got over a thousand Diggs! Some time to be AWOL from here…
newton, you missed some great posts for sure.
Just as I suspected…nobody cares: http://ukpress.google.com/arti…..rGtkGqKZ9w

My little brother, who lives in Vancouver (father north — darker, shorter days) always calls me on the Solstice to say, “Every day from now until midsummer will be longer!” Such an optimist.
Today he also shared the happy news that he and his wife are driving south to join us for Baby Jesus’ Birthday next Tuesday. Huzzah!
And her appearance on KO was similarly hawkish.
Listen, we need hawks. But we just aren’t compelled to agree with them, and, I would hazard, are better to use their views to flesh out our own ideas on occasion. More than just useful.
Princeton doesn’t hold a candle to the University of Chicago when it come to Neocon malevolence and destruction: Strauss, Friedman, and Bloom.
Welcome back to the shores, newt!
g’nite and comfy winter to you too :)
teddy, does your brother like being up in vancouver, bc?
A nation needs hawks, but they shouldn’t dominate the political discourse in the unquestioned fashion they do ours now.
Thank you, Teddy!
It’s nice to be connected to you all again. Just 2 days away and gasping for discourse and data.

Happy Solstice folks. Just a quick hello and warm wishes to everyone on this festive event.
hey Mm. Happy solstice.
Damn. It’s good to hear that I’m not the only one to get an FDL Jones.
Postcard from Mexico
Yep. But idealogical purity cuts both ways. Glenn did a confounding piece I just read, and it centered on the fight about folks who espouse pro-choice views, and because of this, everything else they have to say on any subject is moot.
We cannot become these folks we revile. Hawks have something to say, and it should be PART of the discussion, just not the end of it.
In recognition of the Winter Solstice:
Let the Sunshine In
Adding in some Soulshine
I totally forgot today was Solstice! YAY for more sunlight again. *cheers*
I sat down at my computer on Wednesday afternoon and swore to myself that I would work. And I did. Same on Thursday. Got home this morning and went straight for the lake…
Hers’s the link to the Glenn piece mentioned above. Confounding.
Hey guys…kind of a driveby since it’s so late, but I’m FREE. Till next year, anyway. Just reading thru quickly.
I did like Atrios’ summary of the three candidates. Works for me, it’s why I prefer Edwards…
hey pb. how ya been?
Today isn’t the solstice, even though it’s the 21st. I checked the almanac, the shortest day this year is tomorrow the 22nd…
Snowed under at work, mostly. Boss had some crazy ideas she finally gave up today. I thought I’d be in working Monday the rate she was going…! Bleh. Now I have xmas presents to attend to. Working round the clock means only online ordering of presents…ack!
He and my sister in law are very happy there after fifteen years. It’s a beautiful city, and highest on my list should we ever move. Nice to have family there should we need to escape across the border, as well, when the boxcars roll because of Preznit Hucksterbee’s orders….
This Glenzilla quote seems to remind me of Joe Wilson reservations…
It seems we all can at least agree to disagree… *g*
NICE!
Makes me think of ‘California Guitar Trio’ ~ strong>”Bohemian Rhapsody”
yikes, pb. i guess i’m going to have to start my xmas shopping tomorrow. i am such a procrastinater.
teddy, that’s so cool. it is on my list of places i want to visit.
murder by any other name is called war… war is planned mass murder most military people are peace loving and want to keep the peace… hawks want war, that be very very costly in karma blood and cash kissinger is an example of a hawk someone who plans his diplomacy to lead to war on people he don’t like
your argument is a sophistic one and an oxymoron by definition mayhem and destructions with the arsenal of mass murder WMD spend some caps were not playin with bows arrows and spears nuclear haulocaust destruction of the bioshere… if you can’t fix it don’t break it… you should really think a bit on this one if you want pups to buy in
oh i like that. great ear candy
Yep. When I read this piece, that’s the graf that really resonated. Naomi is solid Progressive, and a radical the way I like them. But she’s doesn’t have a frightful idealogical litmus test that binds up her thought processes, and I’m proud of her for that.
Maybe that’s the whole enchilada right there. The willingness to disengage from thoughtful internal discourse.
This thread has 0 diggs. That just isn’t right.
I tried to digg it just now, but apparently it did not work (I have never before been the original digger on a post, and perhaps I did not follow the correct procedures).
Anybody know how to digg?
Perhaps I misunderstood your point and/or Glenn’s.
The message I got from Glenn was that anyone who dismisses Ron Paul for his anti-choice views should also dismiss the senators who voted for Harry Reid to be Senate Majority Leader, given that Reid’s views are equally anti-choice. That seems logical to me.
The solstice — defined as the moment the sun hits its southernmost point and begins its six-month journey north — is at 10:08pm Friday, December 21st on the West Coast, and 1:08am Saturday December 22nd on the East Coast. It’s at the same moment, but on different days depending upon where you are in America. So an almanac that says the 22nd is the solstice could be thought to be East-Coast-centric.
I do neuro, but i don’t feel right digging my own post yanno.
Your submission worked – I just Dug it, too.
You like that do ya darlin’? How ’bout Stanley Jordan: ‘Eleanor Rigby’
And all the Democratic Senators voted for Reid as Leader.
So can we please dismiss them all? Some baby with the bathwater, surely, but on balance, wouldn’t we be better off with new and better and more Democrats?
Yes and No!
Of course Chickenhawks and neocons fit within that scenario…
I served proudly for 20 yrs, as did Joe and Valerie…
just fed the ticker with this dog story
wow
My last word where I mentioned the Glenn piece – confounding.
I’m not even saying I agree with Glenn. But its interesting to see the issue of idealogical purity layed bare this way.
And who couldn’t benefit from at least respecting other views, if for no other reason, as an intellectual counter-balance to your own. I both liked and was confounded by the piece.
Heh, 8:08 in the 808 State… *g*
So far as I can tell, military folks are among those who least want war; they’re the most likely to get killed. (I make exceptions for those in the rear who’d like to add battle stripes.)
I’d like to keep feingold, dodd, kennedy, maybe kerry and boxer…
That kind of symmetry is wonderful.
On that numerological note, I bid you all sweet adieu.
g’nite teddy
thanks for the diggs, firedogs

We called’em “REMF’s” Rear Echelon M*ther F*ckers…
Her experience is marginally superior to Edwards. One more full year (total of 7) as a Senator. She’d have 8 by the time she took office. Obama has only served at a Federal level for 3 years. If we are going to examine areas elsewhere, Obama was an International Relations major in College and studied International Law in Law School. I don’t know if Hillary or Edwards have such legal background or have lived abroad and have been immersed in a different culture (which I personally view as a plus).
I think that, given the many years that several idiots have in office, either as President or in Congress, doesn’t bode well for the “experience” argument. In fact, because these folks are so absorbed with “decision-making” and compromising a**-coverage, it may actually bode ill for any actual capability for learning about a culture or the political systems involved. Once they take a stance, they are incapable of reversing it, or retreating from that tack until the leave government. They can be accused of either a) making a bad decision (leading to defensiveness if not self-fulfilling behavior), or b) flip-flopping. If one gains experience in a University or Foreign Travel/Residency one gains a less judgmental understanding…more sympathetic and less through American ideological and cultural lenses. So that type of knowledge may actually be better in negotiation and resolving international crises.
It certainly makes one aware that the common adage I have heard from several candidates that “All they (Arabs, Iranians, Chinese) understand is force” is a load of crap.
Aloha, Teddy!
ya’ll wanna know what it like to be a moderator? cheech & chong describe it pretty darn good
Agreed, and in that regard, I particularly liked this part of Glenn’s article:
Come on people…EVOLVE: http://video.google.com/videop…..#038;hl=en
My work here is done.
Good nite, all.
Heh, a Kenyan tribal chief marrying a Kansas Farmer’s daughter, then, having a son in Hawaii… Ain’t it romantic…? ;-)
g’nite neuro
my apologies, firedogs, i gave the wrong link.. this is the right one
Aloha, Neuro!
Why would he support her if she is saying crap? He’s a pretty intelligent guy. The idea that he would be making these statements simply because he “supports her” sort of makes the fact that he “supports her” sort of like being a fan of a sports team ’cause you are from that city. Or that one is a Catholic because one is born into that religion.
I would think that Wilson consciously opted to support Hillary. He doesn’t have to come forward and support her unless he really believes in those positions. That doesn’t mean that we have to accept his reasoning any more than I did his argument that the massive build-up of troops in Iraq was necessary to pressure Saddam to allow inspectors back in.

I agree 100%, he is a breath of fresh air on the Repug side… However, he’s lightyears away from my sense of ideological fairness…
where do you find people who will take the heat that goes with it that have the character to stick to principles…most of these types are weeded out. Educate the ones that will learn and seek better people when they become corrupted by the system
I tell you what Ralph Nader and Chris Dodd rate pretty high on my respect scale… Walking the walk…
i’ve yet to figure out who i like – i’m starting to lean to either edwards or dodd
*gasp* Mclaughlin has just anointed Shrub as worst politician…
I’m amazed how libertarians sound exactly like us so long as they’re discussing foreign policy and/or constitutional freedoms. But then they seem like they’re from another planet when economics and/or social justice enters the conversation. BIZARRE!!
Ain’t that the truth… We can play a real role on the world stage, the veritable ’shining city’… Just not with bombs and arms…
Coming late to the party: Good on ya, Suz, Rob’t Randolph is a god!

Speaking only for myself, the education that I got by having classmates from around the world opened my eyes in ways that nothing else could. And, even then, my eyes were not nearly so open as I thought they were. It took subsequent decades to get where I am today. And I realize that I’ve still got a very long way to go.
But, we do have a foreign service comprised of people who have dedcated their lives and education to learning about foreign affairs. What appalls me is the notion that a few years as first lady makes one a foreign policy expert. How can that be?
OMFG, when thieves fall out.
I was more thinking about his time in Indonesia. The Kenyan stuff was essentially a blank to Obama since he was a toddler when his Dad#1 left. But CTuttle, often childhood and early teen experiences, make lasting impressions upon people…and if you ask almost anyone that spent time growing up abroad in a different culture I’m sure you’ll find it has influenced their thinking and attitudes. It also influences what areas of interest they have…in college and career.
People who wait until they are adults to travel abroad often are little better than those Congressmen that go on junkets to Polynesia.
I DO give Obama a “plus” over Edwards and Clinton in this regard. But that doesn’t mean that I discredit their greater experience in terms of time in the Senate. Overall, I’m going to look at how they voted and their policy positions. Currently, in terms of foreign policy or experience I don’t see much separating them.
cross cultural introspection isn’t that what diplomats need too. in the thread about the torture tapes the spies/agents (kos) used it as a weapon. presidents sure need a basic understanding of all cultures.
Expressing a strong desire to get along with other nations and a willingness to be flexible is a character trait that got bush into a lot of trouble. Coolness under pressure is also a helpful trait, HRC is more vested in the corporate culture than I like. I would like to see decision made to benefit america not just corporate america.
america should try to be a good citizens of the world and develop friendships with every nation as much as possible, at the end of an administration an evaluation should he had that shows progress.
we should pull a president like bush that is belecose before he can do irreparable damage “walk softly and carry a big stick”.
we do not need to be the bully of the world, we need to be a leader in the world for peace so the problems can be addressed.
Candidates who make warlike statements are not the best kucinich is an example of a candidate with political courage. all the congress critters that buckled when the phony war run up data to the war was used to get them on war board (hawks) have done america a great dis service. obama claims to have been one against. HRC was for and still is. preemptive strikes are illegal. impeachment is more important and cleaning up the bushco mess the election will take care of itself. impeachment will pressure all the condidates to head us in a better direction. your comment is well taken.
