seriously though, I still can’t get over what a freakshow the Repube candidates are, no offense to freaks. I mean, just imagine a Dem with a dog killing past within the family…that one thing alone would be enough to end the Dem’s campaign. Strange days indeed…

On the Repub side it’s not good for a dog to have been killed by accident, but if they did it intentionally (as Huckabee’s son is aledged to have done) that’s different and it’s probably acceptable and maybe even applauded — unless it was a good hunting dog and then that candidate is a goner. Complicated politics over there on the wacky Right.

Between teh R’s and teh DINO’s, I don’t see getting 60 votes for telco retroactive immunity as all that improbable, do you brah?

It all depends upon Jay and DiFi and Dodd & Kennedy & Feinstein coming up with a great compromise amendment by next time FISA comes around on the gitar. So, we just wait ’til it comes around on the gitar. *strum* *strum* Alright then…

To be realistic, Reid recognized that the winds are shifting on FISA, and there’s a real storm that’s going to blow through before this one is settled.
