Well I’m glad some one, other than John McCain, has come right out and said it; that the nub of their are argument is their belief in American exceptionalism. And however they define that exceptionalism, as above, that is what America is. Who the hell gave them the exclusive right to define America? Especially seeing that their “exceptionalism” as defined sounds more like a red neck Confederate declaration than anything found in the Constitution. You bet I hate “that” America – and my ancestors fought and won a civil war over it.

I am an avid talk radio listener, and have been following political talk radio since the sixties, when it evolved from religious broadcasting, with the likes of Melvin Munn and Rev. Carl McIntire.
My job has taken me to spend time in cities around the country, and I believe I have been exposed to most of the major political talkers in the country.

I have long believed that Dennis Praeger is the single most intellectually dishonest figure in all of talk radio. No one, not Limbaugh, not Hannity, not Beck, can match Praeger’s ability to utter what he knows to be total falsehoods with the appearance of such absolute conviction. It is a mistake to assign any credibility at all to anything he has to say.
