Preparing for tomorrow’s feast at my home. I’m cheating. Potatoes are peeled and ready to go, salad’s partially made and in a giant baggie, fruit salad’s made, serving dishes are set out, chestnuts x’ed and ready for roasting. Loo Hoo at 60 — Here you go — I add chopped pecans, too. It’s easy, yummy, and the best breakfast ever on Christmas morning. And Mr. ReddHedd never notices if I use the frozen ones instead of making them from scratch, so I pretty much always cut myself a break. *g*
