Isn’t this more like Novak in 8th grade recess passing notes? Just stirring the pot and Obama falls for it. The asshole Novak is laughing his ass off. He had nothing for a column, makes something up, and watches the fun. I’m disappointed Obama’s advisers are that dim. It’s as if Obama’s camp is Charlie Brown to Novak’s Lucy. I guess this is what happens when Presidential candidates start campaigning over 2 years before the election. If they are punchy now, what the hell is it going to be like next fall?

Anything Rove touches turns evil. Get away! Get away!

The Bush-Clinton Crime Syndicate is intertwined by so many shared interests that Hillary will be getting a lot of underground support from the neocons. After all, she is one herself. Even Wall Street and the Military Industrial Complex are on board the Hillary Train.

PS: Hillary and Giuliani are connected to some business in New York. Each could bring the other down, and they can’t afford it, so you’ll only see token opposition between them if they’re both nominated. The arguments will be staged and the people will be bored, but . . . I won’t care, because I won’t be watching. If they’re the candidates I’m not voting.

Wow! I found a site where people still think there is a difference between Republican and Democratic approaches to problem solving? Comrades, BOTH parties have been infiltrated by Bolsheviks(socialists/communists/secular). They dominate Washington DC, New York City, and much of Texas (Ron Paul’s district excepted).

Communists and Neocons are far, far left-wing Bolsheviks (Lenin/Stalin). That Nazis are characterized as “radical right wing” is a lie. Neocons became right wing by relentless repetition of how “conservative” they were,so that they’d at least LOOKED as though they belonged to the Republican Party (they don’t). Some of you may even be old enough to remember when the neocons were staunch members of the Democratic party!

Hillary Clinton is the ultimate closet neocon AND Globalist (pro-NAFTA, NAU, SSP, etc.). She was “tapped” by the Bilderberg Group last year to be our next president and she’s been quietly amassing money for her campaign ever since. There was a transition period last summer when it was finally decided that Shrub would phase out of power and Hillary would phase in. Within a day the neocon think tanks were slobbering all over Hillary and saying what a “strong leader” she’d make. The media obediently began the hype. The rest you’ve probably noticed.

Rudy’s just a backup. The reason he’s so high in the polls is because the polls are rigged. NOBODY likes him!

Hillary will be a good soldier for the Reich. That’s why I’m not voting for her. This campaign is not about Dems and Repugs and who is more “electable” or “presidential.” It’s about who should be in charge: We the People or the corporate and royal elites? Are we going to have a bottom up government, or a top-down one?

We need 99% people voting for our lives next year. Because we will be, and I mean that literally.

I’m still not sure what to make of this story. Right now I’m leaning towards Rove & Co. It fits their playbook but I’m just not 100% sure.

Frankly I was stunned at how both campaigns responded. I thought Obama jumped the gun by pretty much taking Novak’s word on this and going after Hilliary instead of Novak. And then I remembered that it was reported that Hilliary had been trying to make nice with Drudge (by the way can anyone confirm if this is a true or fake report?) so I thought maybe it was possible that her campaign had been talking about Obama and it made it’s way to Novak via Drudge.

When Obama came out so strong against Hilliary I thought he must have additional information about it from a reputable source because surely he wouldn’t be so foolish as to rely on just Novak. Surely he would know he would get slammed by the Clinton people if he went after them.

After reading about his press conference it sure didn’t sound like he had any confirmation on it unless he figured it would cause more damage to give any additional info on this?? Right now I lean towards he didn’t have confirmation and foolishly believed Novak.

I’m also dissapointed that the Clinton campaign didn’t contact the Obama campaign when the story broke to say that they didn’t do it. I know this is a campaign but if you really thought it was Rove and Co. would you really let another Dem walk into it? I wouldn’t. They evidently wanted that info out there or have Obama jump to conclusions like he did so they could capitalize on his mistake and score poltical points. On the other hand maybe they thought Obama was smart enough to see through it and didn’t think they needed to warn him. Who knows.

With the little info that I have I lean more towards it being Rove & Co. or some other GOP operative because they have a history of this kind of behavior. I’m not aware of Hilliary or Bill having this history (I could be wrong).

I know one thing if I was on the Clinton campaign and knew we didn’t drop this in Novaks lap I’d be getting with the Obama campaign to figure out how to turn this ugly mess around and send it back into the lap of the GOP. Because I think this story still has legs and it doesn’t hurt just one or the other it hurts both of them. It would be a great preemptive strike on the GOP for the general election if they both got together and fired back at them. Oh no, here I go again…maybe that was the plan all along? Nope, not even going to go there. That’s way too machiavellian.

This thing is quite a mess. Can you just imagine what Matthews will do with this on Hardball? He loves gossip and scandal and he will keep this thing going until Jan 3. Quite frankly, if he didn’t keep it going I’d be wondering about that too.

HRC has become a machine politician, but I cannot imagine her working “a deal” with Poppy Bush. She and her people can read the tea leaves as well as we can; the presidency is a Democrat’s for the asking and she’s the lead Democrat. She has the principal corporate backers who can read the same tea leaves. That’s likely to make her too conservative, and unwilling properly to investigate Junior’s and Cheney’s pervasive wrongdoing, which would massively piss off any liberal following.

Ironically, liberals have to fight for a seat at HRC’s table along with the corporate titans. The best way to do that, it seems, is to work hard to replace as many Bush Dogs, Rahm and others, as possible. Nothing persuades like sucess.

That’s the thing. Why didn’t either of them attack both Novakula and Turd blossom?

James, a year ago, I’d say you need some new reynolds-warp on your head. :o)

Now, I dunno.

I think that Wall St.; the “Old” republicans; and just the conservative power-elite in general, are running so scared that junior might have created enough pissed-off voters to really make some serious changes in how america is run, to the point that their mostly covert control is threatened, that they could well be cutting deals with someone (Clinton?) to NOT rock the boat too much.

And if she won’t go hard after bush and the GOP for dragging us into the quagmire of all quagmires (and how can she, with her record of support for it?) she DAMN sure aint gonna rock the boat.

But I don’t think it can be totally fixed. There is STILL enough democracy left that they can’t cover a donkey landslide.

I just don’t know about the kind of deal you’re describing.

I DO know that if we nominate Clinton, she will not be nearly as hard on the GOP as will Edwards, nor even Obama.

And she will be MUCH easier for the GOP to beat than either of them.

I fear: It. Is. Going. To. Get. Crazy.
